Promenade Pension — Hotel in Miskolci járás

I have found this little B&B looking through booking.com and some Hungarian accommodation websites. I really liked the look of the rooms and the location of the place so i decided to book two nights for our stay in Miskolc.||||I was not disappointed at all. Our room looked exactly like the one on the photos. I have communicated with the owners prior to arrival to the B&B and i had really good response.||||When you arrive you need to check in at the bistro just next to the B&B but a massive sign will show this for you so you should not have any trouble finding it.||||The rooms are in a courtyard for which you will be given keys as they lock the gates after 6 o'clock so you will have to make sure you have your keys with you to get in and out.||||The rooms are very clean, the furniture and the utilities are modern and very stylish.||||During our stay we did not get disturbed at all and I can't complain about the noise level either. All rooms have wifi access, own bathroom, a fridge and a TV.||||The only suggestion I would have is giving out shower gel as I was really missing this.||||Other than that I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely go...

Super hotel right in the center of miskolc. Our basic room had a small kitchen sink, a microwave, a few plates and cutlery and a small fridge. The bathroom was clean and new, the room was big with AC (very good in August!). There is ample parking behind the hotel, it’s free during the weekend and 400 huf/hour from 8 to 18 during the week. A panzió különtermében tartottuk meg az esküvői mulatozást. Köszönjük szépen az akkor dolgozó személyzetnek és vezetőségnek az odafigyelést és kiszolgálást, mellyel elégedettek voltunk!

A terem csodaszép, így nagyon díszítést sem igényelt. A vezetőség nagyon barátságos volt, ezért is választottuk Őket! A termet 90 főre hirdetik...de max. 80 főre ajánlom, hogy kényelmesen elférjenek az emberek egy esküvőn!

Viszont 5 csillagot nem tudunk adni sajnos, mert van pár hiányosság amit nem tudunk feledni. A kommunikációval nagy bajok vannak, mivel a levelekre volt hogy 3 hónap múlva kaptunk választ! Úgy, hogy már sms-t is küldtem és a facebook-on is írtam, hogy legyenek kedvesek válaszolni. (sajnos telefonon nem vagyok hajlandó ilyen ügyeket intézni, mert nem tudhatjuk ki mit ért másként, vagy félre...az írás az megmarad) Sajnos ez eléggé elbizonytalanított minket többször is...de reméltük hogy az esküvő hetén jobban figyelnek majd erre.(így is volt) Terem dekorációt nem kértünk, mert azt szeretem magam elintézni... viszont így nem kaptunk szalvétát!!!! Ami kicsit meglepett mert 8 éves vendéglátói hátteremmel, még nem hallottam/tapasztaltam ilyet... mert a szalvéta felénk a teríték része nem pedig a dekorációé ( itt természetesen egy egyszerű éttermi szalvétát is elegendő lett volna felajánlani)
