Grímur Hotel — Hotel in Reykjavik

Total scam. Avoid this "accommodation". It's closed from October 2020 and they don't answer when you want your money back. It's over two weeks and they still have our money. I really don't understand why Booking.com still has this accommodation in their website, it's a total shame! And we aren't able to get our money back even though we contacted Booking.com several times over phone. They told us that for getting our money back, this "accommodation" must confirm that we haven't been accommodated but they don't answer at all. So talking with Booking is every time the same. What an amazing place Grimur is. Although there is no reception all the details for access are clear and secure and there is a number to contact in case of difficulties. There is someone on site in the morning to organise breakfast and deal with any queries. It's not too far from the city centre and is on a bus route. Very good hotel, nice localisation and close to the city centre. We did not use the public transport but there's a bus stop in the front of the hotel.
