Pathetic service, they don't take Oyo bookings, over the phone th agree and while you reach the reception you will see their true face. UnCourteous, unhelpful, hopeless, disappointing, worst ever Oyo experience.

I am staying in oyo Hotel's from last one year.. And every time i m satisfied with the service and products.. But this time my experience is very bad in this hotel.. They not allowed the outside food and when i ordered a cup of Tea it came to my room within 40mint and the Menu was expensive.. ||And in my room there was no glass in the washroom window which was very uncomfortable for us and there was no soap and shower gell in the washroom . ||And when i was having chocolate that time by mistake some chocolate fall down in the bedsheet and there is a spot of chocolate on the bedsheet which can easily remove by the soap or detergent.. But they charged me a bedsheet.. Even i talk to the General Manager of the hotel regarding the bedsheet but he also don't have sense to talk the guest he was talking very casually.. And finally i paid 600 Rs for the bedsheet..||They broke trust form the oyo and i will never come again in any of...
