HOTEL TEN SQUARE — Hotel in Agra

We booked a room for three persons. When we arrived at the hotel the staff was not friendly. We got the superior room. The room was very damp. The sheets were also damp. We only had a bed for two persons despite we booked a room for three persons. When we called the reception they said that they will bring a third bed ‘in two minutes’. A few minutes later one of the staff members arrives with a matras and some sheets. He putted the matras on the floor and asked if it was good. When we told him that we wanted a normal bed. He said that the matras was the only thing we could get.

I went down to the reception to talk with the staff. After a five minute discussion het told me that he wil arrange me a bed. During the conversation the staff member was continuous calling with his cellphone.

I went upstairs again en saw the ‘bed’. It was a wooden board with four legs.

The second day after the site seeing we could not enter the room again. The hotelcard didn’t work anymore. When we noticed the reception the were (again) nog friendly.

Despite we had booked a room for three persons, we only had two towels.

Other guests also complained about the damp in the room. At the window the moisture ran off the wall. We had the same problem in our room.

My name is paparao, I stayed in this hotel August-2021, when I visited Agra for some official work. I stayed there for one day.

Entering hotel: after getting down from cab they welcomed hole heartedly. Like I am their relative and very friendly conversation with at most polite.

Stay: Gentile request for any quarry and when I ordered something, politely serving. I felt like I am VIP 😊 at this hotel.

Very near to tajmahal about 2km away. Highly money worth. I personally recommend one to experience this hotel. Facilities are more then I paid for service. I don't have any nagative comments on this hotel. Only if we see from outer look, hotel seems small but when I entered the room, I felt, room and interior demands higher cost than I pay. Pathetic hotel, pathetic service. Rude behaviour of front office staff. Showing image of double bed room and once booked the room they have given us twin bed room. Not worth the money, they are just making fool. Do not fall in their trap, they are just making money, customer satisfaction and customer service is zero. Rude very rude behaviour. They do not know how to deal with a customer, this is the worst hotel in Agra. Never ever I have seen such greedy and rude people.
