This place is run by hooligans and everything is in shambles If you are booking this place via Agoda , please don’t do so, they will cancel your booking so that they don’t have to pay cashback . The lift stopped working a day after we checked in , we with our senior citizen parents had to use the stairs everyday . My parents dreaded going out in the evening so that they don’t have to climb up and down the stairs Also they will threaten you saying that you won’t be able to leave if you complain to them about they cancelling your cashback . We stayed here for 3 nights , the Lenin was not changed even once in both the rooms . They didn’t even have the courtesy to refill water bottles even once during the stay . The place is swamped with mosquitoes like an open park . Please excuse this is you want to have a pleasant stay in Agra . What a shame. For many a trip to Agra to visit one of the seven wonders of the world would be a once in a lifetime experience but for me and my colleague it was the trip from hell! We had seen this establishment had good reviews (they fake them, all the accounts reviewing have not reviewed on google before). We got offered a choice of two rooms and both had a smell that can only be compared to my local rubbish tip! Once we reluctantly picked a room (as we had already paid) it became apparent that we were in for a torrid night. The sheets were unclean and filled with unknown hair (human? Who knows!?). The bathroom resembled a street from downtown Mogadishu! The levels of hygiene here are to be rivaled from the filthiest corners of the globe. To top it all off there was unacceptably loud music which caused great distress to my vulnerable friend. Once the morning came we were greeted with multiple empty cups of ice cream outside our door which had been left by some rude no good doers! Please steer clear of this place if you don't want to have a grime filled insomniac...

We went on vacation to the golden triangle and all the accommodation arranged in spree group of hotels. In this agra location they gave room on the first floor last rooms. 116. The room was the worst Usually in rooms they used room freshener spray. In this room they did with Hit spray to avoid peats. The cot giving noise for all night. AC did not work(running but the room was not cool). When I discussed the same to the hotel manager they promised to change rooms tomorrow morning. I reported to my travel agent on the same. luckily manager changed the room to 3 floor and it was very good. I don't know why the hotel management is giving these troubles to customers. And breakfast and dinner they made based on customers staying in the hotel.
