Read moreWe had booked almost the entire hotel for my brothers wedding between 9th to 11th Nov 2018. Inspite of such a large number of room bookings, the service was pathetic. The staff is extremely rude and non-cooperative. They take ages to even get a cup of coffee to the room. The housekeeping in the hotel was bad...we literally had to beg and plead the staff to come and clean the room.
