Hotel Holiday Inn is one such place that will amaze you in such unexpected ways. We recently visited there and had such an outstanding time!! The ambiance is just so beautiful and eye-catching with all the luxuries. The food made us all delightful. Their menu also has a variety of dishes all around the world, made by some excellent chefs. This luxurious hotel has literally blown away our hearts. You just won't regret after visiting this marvelous hotel in Agra. Also, we were given the opportunity of visiting their hotel rooms. The rooms were something that a tourist can dream of. So spacious, airy and beautifully designed with a spectacular view of the great Taj. What else can a visitor ask for? One of the worst experiences I had when I visited cafe G on 6 Aug 2022.. Services are pathetic, staff doesn't even know counting.. they gave 4 glasses of water 4 paper napkins to a a group of 7. Food took ages to arrive and staff was least bothered about being hospitable enough to serve the food. IT MAY BE A 5 STAR HOTEL, But honestly it doesn't even deserve be a two star. There so many great restaurants in Agra which not only serve great food but are far more great in providing services to their guests.

Note: Food was tasty but experience so pathetic that goodness of food cannot be considered.

Please avoid being so called a 5 Star hotel in heart of the city.. use your hard earned...

Went for a dine in as a family with kids and parents. The place was bustling with the guests who seemed they are staying at the hotel. We kept roaming around looking for a table. Another family looking equally lost were also doing the same. The waiters couldnt care less. Not a single person came to even ask, let alone usher to a table. We kept standing and minutes went by. Finally with the utter lack of hospitality like a slap on our faces telling us soundlessly that you are not welcome, we decided to go to good old Berco's next door.

Poor show Holiday Inn. Remember you are in the Hospitality Industry. Be Hospitable! Make your guest feel wanted.
