So I had initially ordered food at home from them and we ordered plenty of food from Chokho Jerman and the quality of food was great, so was the packing (although a tad difficult to get the food out), the quantity was apt and overall a pleasant experience if you're looking for light yet filling food that won't give your bowels a revolution. A must try in Agra if you're looking for Good Food!!

This time we went there and sat down to eat. It’s a nice airy place and isn’t too hard to reach. The Google Maps location brought me straight here there are a few options in the thali which offer different combinations so you can take your pick.

I ordered the maharaja thali which had dal, raita, aloo ki sabzi, chhole, matar paneer, kadhi, achar, pappad, roti, pulao, salad and chaach. The food was definitely worth the money and it was limitless which was great considering the packaging has limitations and you cannot add onto it.

The ambience was nice, the tables were clean, the service was good with the staff polite and courteous. The bathroom had a little smell to it which I think is passable. Maybe because I didn’t really use it but I did use it to wash my hands.

Dear mam, Today my experience was bad, i forgot to tell at the time of billing, I'll tell the full incident.

I ordered 1maharani thali, 2maharaja thali, and one ghee thali, now i was given maharaja thali, now my favourite sabji is of papad sabji which i asked to provide me extra, now one of the staff came and he lied me 3times that there is no papad sabji today, but in one of my maharani thali papad sabji was served.

Please tell your staff not to lie because today i was going to leave the whole food without eating it, They must not lie to customer. I'm eating from 4yrs but this was the first time that the staff was lying that papad sabji was not made, but it was already served in front of me in one of the maharani thali.
