One of the worst hotel in Ajmer , Never choose this hotel if you are looking for a basic service and standard stay . You can easily get good hotels at same rate .
The rude unprofessional management staff will make your stay even worse . Specially the rude manager Nikki who do not have a basic knowledge how to speak with the guests. It seems some one from the street has been hired to stand at reception desk to do night shifts. He feels proud to insult the in-house guests & ignore all the Important issues. I have booked 3 rooms with him & stayed 3 nights , At G8 - ground floor , 204 - 2nd floor & 101 -1st floor ,all rooms has issues of cleanliness & some other major issues as follows
Multiple Bugs in 2nd floor room number 204 + Water pipe leakage in bathroom under the wash basin, No water supply or bucket in the bathroom room when we checked in early morning ,had to wait more than an hour still didn’t get the bucket. No basic amenities like towel or soap in all rooms, No proper wifi or mobile signal inside the rooms. Continues Water leakage from Bathroom ceiling at room number-G8 ground floor
We had to Follow up on cleaning the room & linen change on daily basis , they won’t do until you ask . There is only 1 person every shift to run around all the rooms , the poor guy Sonu tried his best but he use to be alone . There are multiple staff loitering here & there but won’t do any stuff , just keep blaming on each other . Sooo unorganised & unprofessional.
After complaining about all above issues & followed up several times then they shifted me from 2nd floor to ground floor with torn bed sheet in room number G4 . Again without basic amenities. The room charges are not very low however their rooms conditions are very poor . On top the managers behaviour are very rude. You have to come to the reception for every single request because they made the desk phones unresponsive. After reporting all the issues & my hampered day with bugs , the unprofessional manager Nikki offered only 1 hour extra stay .Thats his poor mentality & cheap strategy.
If the owner of the property reading this review , he must take responsibility & proper action against staff & maintain the rooms , as most of the guests visiting to your hotel with hard earned money to visit Kwaja baba darga however guests are not getting even respectful behaviour from manager in your hotel .

Read moreThere nothing to offer in term of room service in this hotel. Very unsupportive staff and management (specifically who available in day time) just looking for more money from customer. Never booked this or any of hotel online if you want to stay near dargah. You can book instantly hotel near dargah when reach there. Food service is slow and do not expect tea around 8 am. No room cleaning. In nutshell, what this hotel offer in charging 1700 to 1800 per day, you can get same in 1000 to 1200. Or if you can spend more money and expect good stay then do not stay any of hotel...
Read moreI had a worst experience in this hotel recently. Their Rooms have bedbugs and Cockroaches. My uncles mobile was also lost/robbed while cleaning the room by room service boy. There was no help provided by the hotel staff specially Mr. Raju. Also they will took the whole booking amount first and provide you the worst room and if you will ask for refund they will bluntly deny. Really rude behaviour by the staffs. Also they will switch off the AC very often so that you can die due to the suffocation. I will never ever recommend...
