Hotel Mittal Inn — Hotel in Ajmer

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. Extremely poor service and not service oriented hotel, They are doing only their "DHANDHA". Also the person who sit at reception area is arrogant and even doesn't know how to talk with the customers. Following is my experience with the hotel. I had booked this hotel before 25 days going to Ajmer and My booking with this hotel was already confirmed by Goibibo. Also I got call from Goibibo support team before one day reaching the hotel, But when I reached the hotel they (person who sit at reception area) said you will have to wait for 5-6 hours as currently no rooms are available. When I called to Goibibo support team and reported the issue to them. They called to the Hotel owner and arranged conference call with me. After discussion with hotel owner, He was finally ready to provide rooms but in another hotel and provided room was not like what I booked. I booked for AC rooms and Hotel owner provided rooms in another hotel with no AC only single fan, rooms were tidy, bed sheets and towels were not clean. There was no other option for me other than to use provided rooms as my family was standing outside hotel in hot summer weather with luggage. I will not recommend this hotel. Also I suggest Goibibo to remove this hotel from their list. So that other customers will not face such worst...

Very worst hotel and service is very poor.

1. I booked the hotel for one day 4 AM onwards but when I reached there the receptionist person told us to wait. We waited there for 1 hr in night after that he told that room is not available when we argured him then he told us to find another room because he can only give room after 2 hrs.
2. Bedsheet was very dirty when I asked to change it then he told that they do not have extra bedsheet. Very unprofessional behavior, very unethical person.
3. I called to the owner of hotel Mr Dinesh but he did not pick the phone. Overall I am very much disappointed with the hotel I will never visit this hotel again and whoever is reading this review plz do not go to this hotel you will regret it. I came there with my family and I felt very bad coming to this hotel. If owner of this hotel is reading this post and take some action on this and improve your quality of service, atleast reserve the room for those who have already booked the room. Overall experience of stay is okaiesh.. Staff was very friendly and service was quite good.. Best part of Hotel Mittal Inn was there was 24 hrs hot and cold water... Hotel Mittal Inn is situated inside a narrow lane. Food is not that great. Specially if u are from mumbai you'll not like the taste.. About Hotel Mittal Inn rooms - we found small cockroaches in bed. We have informed them and they changed our room... We suggest Hotel Mittal Inn should keep the rooms more clean... Not worth of what we paid for a room... Access to Rickshas are not easily accessible.... Even we get one, ride to nearby places they will charge you Rs 100.. If you are planning to visit Ajmer Dargah through Mittal Inn, they will arrange a person who will accompany you and guide you to visit Dargah.. be sure they wil not charge u a rupee but thy will make u spend in Dargah as they will get commission from each shop.. Thats a businesses. Buy only wht you feel is necessary.. I will suggest better u spend money by feeding...
