I stayed in Regenta Inn Embassy Ajmer in Dec2023 and had a good experience, so I re-booked this hotel for a pre-planned trip with my parents (Sr. Citizens) and my female friend. I had closed the Room Tariffs with Front desk and received confirmation on watsapp for INR 2075/night for P. Dlx. King size, for 2 rooms. To our shock, during check-out, Vinay from the front desk conveniently denied this rate and blamed their own staff member Pyarelal for giving us incorrect rates on watsapp. We were charged INR 2500/night. He was very rude and disrespectful and used unprofessional language with us. It is not just about cheating on the rates, but we also didn’t get good experience this time. We faced issues on all 3 nights. There was a broken window and it was tied up with a towel when we complained. Main door lock with smart key for our room was not working from 2nd day onwards we were 2 girls in the room. Repair wasn’t done and we had to call reception to open the room for us every time we went out. A flickering ceiling bulb was fixed in my parents room by the maintenance staff standing on the dining table. When we pointed this out, he dismissively replied, “aur kis pe chade,” which was incredibly disrespectful, especially considering my parents were using that table for their meals.
To make matters worse, my car was parked on the street without any hotel guard supervision available, resulting in a deep scratch and dent on my car. This experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating. I cannot recommend Regenta Inn Embassy Ajmer to anyone seeking a reliable and comfortable stay. Save yourself from the trouble and...

Read moreI had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Here are the issues I faced:
Hygiene Issues: The bedsheets and towels were very dirty, which is completely unacceptable.
Small Restaurant and Poor Food Quality: The restaurant is tiny, and the food quality was below average. The service was painfully slow.
Air Conditioning Problems: The AC in my room wasn’t working. Despite multiple requests to switch it on, I didn’t get any proper response from the staff and had to endure my stay without AC.
Unresponsive Reception: In the morning, the kettle wasn't working. I tried calling reception, but no one answered as there was no staff available to handle the issue.
Noise Issues: The rooms are so poorly insulated that I could clearly hear voices from the adjacent room. This makes it highly unsuitable for families or anyone seeking privacy.
Tiny Rooms: The rooms are extremely small and not worth the price.
Overall, this was one of my worst hotel experiences. Luckily, I was staying alone, but I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel, especially if you’re traveling...
