First and last time I visited here first of all i ask viator for their normal ro water he was saying sir try mineral water our ro water is unhygine🤣 he was like forcefully selling the bisleri water bottle of 20rs with extra tax on billing on bottle after that I ordered a tomato soup which was the nly thing i like in this restaurant secondary i ordered paneer labadar and butter naun the paneer was like full or capsicum nly in a spicy yellowish gravy i asked the viator that did your chef know the actual mean of paneer lababdar then replied me with sir isme English vegetables ke sath paneer aata h 😂 the capsicum nly was the English vegetables in that food The worst experience in the first time and it was my last time not going to visit here again pehli manzil.is a much better option from you guys i just order one soup one paneer 2 butter naun 4 chapatis the bill was of approx 900 /- rates are also high rates doesn't matches with the food quality what you guys are serving to.your customers you're just fooling the...

Disappointing Experience at Last Night's Party

I recently attended a party at silver leaf and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel staff's handling of the event left much to be desired, particularly in terms of the menu, food quality, and service efficiency.

Manager was too arrogant . We pre decided in our menu malai kofta anf wht we get on the name of malai kofta we get gulab jamun .😵‍💫🙄 And in welcome drink we opt watermelon mojito and we get blue mojito and quantity ws very less . Bhai mtlb restaurent ka standard hi nahi h kya ....

I request plz choose wisely for specialy food . Yeh log apni to baat se bi palat jate hai !!!! Guest ane se half n hour pehle bol diya ki yeh packege party ni ho paeyga .... bcz member kam hai jbki pehle baat ho chuki thi .. and staff agreed. The experience was rendered torturous by the intensely stupid service, bunch of fools are running this restaurant. Food was pathetic, served straight away from freeze. We were ignored for a while. Ambience was disgusting, there was garbage every where under the tables. Plates were not even clean. It’s a unhygienic place with stupid staff. Never recommend to anybody. The sizzler was a disaster. They spoiled my whole evening. We were told our order would be ready in "20-25 minutes". It took ages for a simple order.This place is very dirty, unclean and overly priced. The owner seems to have just one philosophy and that is to make money by any possible mean, even if it means to play with the public health.
