The receptionist is utterly deplorable—illiterate, rude, and completely unprofessional. Their behavior is unacceptable, showing zero regard for basic courtesy or customer service. The management is equally reprehensible, failing to honor any promises made about pricing or check-out times. Their word means nothing; they will lie blatantly to extract more money from you.

This establishment is driven by pure greed. Their sole focus is fleecing guests, with no concern for service or integrity. At check-out, expect to be slapped with unjustified extra charges, accompanied by absurd, baseless arguments. The staff will shamelessly shout at you if you dare question their tactics—utterly disgraceful conduct.

Hygiene is a nightmare. The premises are filthy, with beer bottles strewn across the terrace and lobbies, creating an unsafe and unwelcoming environment, particularly for women. The overall atmosphere is deplorable and hazardous.

Worst Service and zero cleanliness. We prebooked and paid for quadruple room but it's unhygienic. Even managing team is so rude first they said check out at 3:30 and in morning they said at 11. Ridiculous Managing team. They don't know how to talk with guest and most probably everyone n everyday their cleaner n staff ask for money tip Rubbish!! They don't give complementary such a pathetic. They take towel for replace and guess what they forget to give. We order for coffee get it after 2 hour and we order water bottle they forget again. I had the worst experience at this hotel. First of all, the cleanliness was really bad — the rooms and bathrooms weren’t properly cleaned. The staff’s behavior was also unprofessional, which made things even more frustrating. There was a lot of miscommunication among the staff, so we kept getting different answers from different people. On top of that, they tried to charge us extra money for extra mattresses, even though they never mentioned any such charges when we booked the room.
