Hotel KSR GRANDS — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

I went to tirupathi with family of 5members, staying in krs grands is not at all good. Not even basic facilities are available. While checking in they asked us to pay full amount after receiving that amount they will show their real face. We had a terrible experience for staying in that hotel for one night. We asked for basic facilities like hot water they didn't not provided so while checking in we asked them for hot water they said hot water is available but in the morning there is not hot water ,they are not responding properly and they behaviour was rude and we are helpless. And we vacated immediately without saying anything. In my family there are kids and elders it was very difficult for them to have bath with cold water, I strongly not recommend this hotel. There are many other hotels which are good to stay with family.

Also we paid 2500 rupees for one room for 5beds without basic facilities, which is not all in budget

Edited: we did not miss behaved, we asked hot water for nearly 3hours the staf is not responding properly and telling you guys are not bathing outside right and telling our owner knows DGP as well. Understood there was a problem for getting hot water but the staf was not responsible and simply telling hot water will come is not correct. Regarding man handling you have equipped with CC camars and check once what happened clearly, your staff member who is elder to us is telling lies. We came with family not single how can he use such kind of words in front of everyone.

Booked this place at the last moment late night , its located very near to the APSRTC bus stand near Gandhi statue about 400 metres.

The building is quite new , there is lift facility and the place is quite clean we booked a triple non AC , the is not huge but not small either . There is plenty of space to walk around or add another cot if necessary , there is hanger to hang clothes , mirror bed side table and an wall mounted LCD TV .

The bathroom is quite big in terms of length but small in terms of breadth . The bathroom is divided into two parts , once u enter u have a dressing area on left with a wooden counter and a hanging rod . On the right there is a wash basin , bath area and western Toilet , for tall people it is pretty difficult to take bath .

Hot water is available from 6 to 9 only but the water isny hot it's just like warm .

Room service like drinking water etc is available , there is a phone in the to and I can call the reception with it.

Overall a good clean place to crash for a couple of days if your looking for taking rest and freshing up and keeping luggage not intent on complimentary breakfasts or gym or that kind of stuff

He charged 1200 bucks for one night for us. But if you book through 3rd party like MMT or Goibibo u might get it for as low...

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place doesn’t deserve to be called a hotel—it’s more like a scene from a horror movie.

From the moment I stepped in, it was chaos. The rooms were in a pathetic condition: dirty linens, stained walls, and an unbearable stench that made me gag. Hygiene? Completely missing in action. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t seen a proper cleaning in ages.

The staff? Either completely absent or downright rude. There was no sense of responsibility, no manners, and absolutely no hospitality. I honestly felt like I was being punished just for choosing this place.

Nothing was in order. No proper housekeeping, no basic amenities, and definitely no comfort. It was like living in a neglected dungeon rather than a paid accommodation.

Do yourself a favor—avoid this hellhole at all costs. Pay a few bucks more and save your peace of mind. This was hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever visited. Never again.
