Hotel Saravana Bhavan — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Worst dinner experience. No proper response when asked about food menu details. They in front says I don't know Telugu(if he is running business or working in this state he should know here native language or else sue him). Took 2 full meals & 3 dosa. Dosa is ok but define taking full meals take home they said we will get rice, curries, chapattis and sweet. But after reading room notice that we received only rice, dal and curd with chutney. Where all taste very worst. Found his number from parcel and called the hotel to find out what went wrong. The same guy who said I do not know Telugu answered the call and said IF YOU Take PARCEL YOU WILL ONLY GET EXTRA RICE AND NOTHING ELSE. When asked how could you cheat us like this and why was it not informed before, again that xxxx said "AYITHE NAKE TELUGU RADHE( in English it said as "in this case I don't Telugu") and disconnected call. People if you come across this hotel try to avoid if you can, high price and worst service.

Hope it is enough to write a review on this. As a pilgrim I am here for visit temple so I am ending this review here and not even touching these people.

Good Walk able from Railway station. Very Near Service is super fast Clean Hand wash Food quality is above average/Good . I wouldn't say excellent but considering other options out there , this is one of the handful places to have food. friendly staff They accept credit/debut cards. They have a separate AC restaurant.

Bad Didn't find any washrooms. Kitchen can be seen from the place where you sit. Its like most kitchens of any fast moving veg only restaurant, but at least they could have covered it properly. Water served for drinking is hard water and does have some weird flavour ( issue through out tirupati i guess ). Better to get bottled...

Not a great place. Ordered Parotta, which was neither good looking not good tasting. It was all dried up and I could not dare to try and order another dish. Fans are turned off once you get up from your place. Authentic mineral water bottles are not available. Fruit juices are not available. Ordered a Mazaa bottle, but, it did not had the manufacturing details on its neck. Felt like I was risking a lot more than I expected 😄😄 Service was good though, prompt and precise. Would suggest you to try a different place, if you are searching for a delicious parotta and some decent ventilation. You have a lot of options as...
