Northway Hotel — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

Nice stay with clean Hotel.Situated in main market all things are near by,Northway is good in terms of cleaning, helpful,prompt in many things, buffet breakfast was good various options to try,we choose dinner(bit disappointed in terms of options(no options provided)),guys please opt only buffet breakfast Lunch/dinner try out if possible they do provide but not buffet and options are limited and it will take time to prepare and serve to you, Toilet kit was given ac/tv working, Neat and clean room provided, smooth checkin free wifi provided,lift available and working condition.They gave us packet breakfast on check out day as did early check out so kudos to you guys and many thanks to you. Only a suggestion when Kid is added in booking specially when age in 10yr and above you must give an option to add and select extra mattress at the time of Booking only to avoid hassle and disappointment to customer. As I stayed in (VITs,KEYs, Ginger -big chain hotel) -they never charged for extra mattress when we declare correct age of child in booking they offer big room having sofa cum bed or provide mattress when asked). still northway is recommended for stay as you can easily get auto/cab for visit.RK beach is nearby...

I had chosen Hotel Northway once again primarily for its spacious rooms, which had been a highlight during my earlier visits. However, this time, I was allotted Room 406, which turned out to be quite small and not in line with my previous experience.

The room lacked a refrigerator, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the bed linen had small ants, causing discomfort during the stay. The bathroom was notably congested and lacked a proper lock, which further added to the inconvenience.

While the staff and overall cleanliness were satisfactory, the facilities and room assignment this time did not meet my expectations. I hope the management takes note of these issues to maintain consistency in guest experience.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Northway! The rooms were spacious and had good views, plus the cellar parking was convenient. The hotel's location was easy to reach, being close to the railway station and bus stand. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout my stay. Overall, it's a budget hotel with sufficient facilities....

Stayed for 2 days on our vizag visit in april, 22. It is convenient place to stay if you are tourist or in some business trip. All transport facilities are readily available. If you want to visit RK beach you can take auto for 80-100 rs. Complementary buffet breakfast is very tasty.Rooms are clean with all the ample aminities. I have given 4 star for room service point. I arrived at the hotel early and asked for early check in . I booked through goibibo and check in time given there is 12 pm where as they told me its 2 pm. however we arrived at 8 am so they charged me 1120 rs for early checkin and asked to wait till the room gets ready. but as we have to leave for tour they gave us a uncleaned room for freshen up and told me they will keep it clean. On return from our tour at about 6 pm we found our room is still kot cleaned. On complaining they provide us new room. Staffs are very polite and helpful. They promptly managed our every needs. But room service could have been better. Rooms were not again cleaned on the next day. Rooms should be cleaned atleast once everyday that...
