Super Townhouse Daba Garden Road — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

Guys don't get fooled by the ratings in the oyo app this is not the best place to stay. Let me share the experience I had there in the hotel. The hotel doesn't have the geyser in working condition, though they claim the geyser availability but it doesn't work and you need to order hot water separately and they will deliver to you in a bucket.

The room was really stinking with bad smell I had to call the hotel management and ask them to use room freshener only then we could stay in the place.

The Linen offered on the beds are really dirty and having bad Stain Marks on it I had requested them to change the linen. Though they have changed the linen but even that is not properly cleaned and having stain marks on it.

The room doesn't have any ventilation.

The Wi-Fi password they offer doesn't work once you enter the password the Wi-Fi doesn't connect.

There is no TV remote in the room.

The drain water from some other room is connected in the toilet and it is let out in the the bathroom near the sink creating more stinking smell inside the toilet.

Hotel claims that they have kitchen facility in the amenities column of the oyo app but there is absolutely nothing available in the hotel,it is driving the customers into false notion and fooling the customers.

Last but not least I tried to rate the hotel in the oyo app after entering all the comments and when i press the submit button the oyo app just shows that there is an error and I have to try again later but when I tried again later there is no rating column available this shows that oyo is also fooling the customers going hand in gloves with this hotels and minting money from...

Hello Folks, do read it carefully, it's my genuine experience.

Pros: The hotel is located at the main road, hence it is easy to access at the same time the size of the room is good.

Cons:

The staff will not help you or accommodate you at all, it is only about money for them, hence once should not expect anything from them, as my train arrived a little early before the check-in time but they did not allow me to check in even when many rooms were empty and they kept on saying that all the rooms are full, therefore I had to book from a day prior to my arrival, the same thing happened at the time of checkout, and at last I had to pay them extra.

The latch of the washroom door was broken.

They don't have spoons, so don't order anything in which you'll require a spoon to eat (had to eat a white sauce pasta with bare hands).

When we went out and came back, the remote of the AC was gone from the room and it is only possible if someone entered our room when we were Not there, also when we called at the reception for AC remote, then they brought the exact same remote, which proved that it was them and this incident psyched my mind.

Lastly AC was leaking...

Located in a very good location and very easy to find as it was above TRENDS.

For that room and for that FACILITATES the price was too high.

I think all rooms will get filled there because of weekend or located in busiest place. Until 12PM they won't allocate room and after 11AM checkout is mandatory because of the busy.

Room was not at all HYGIENIC and we can see all the mud with hair follicles there clearly. That's really TOO BAD because it's a 3 STAR HOTEL.

Shower is there but won't work. Internet is there but is in service or in some repair. Floor also not that much clean.

There's no comfortable place(hangers) to keep clothes and all.

Basically in one line it's really a bad experience. Even we complaint also the reception people not taking much seriously.

While I was checking out, the price in oyo app was nearly 3000 rupees around. That was really a huge price for this tiny service hotel.

So people who are thinking to check-in just see the value in it. Money is something precious, try not to waste.
