The stupidity of the staff surprises me. Especially the lady receptionist. She is very arrogant and shouting at customers as if they are working for her. When i booked the room the receptionist at that time was a different person and told a certain amount per day and I payed for the day. After visiting tirumala and i came back I needed an extension for another day. This time the “lady” was present and when i for extension she said a different amount which is more. When i was asking regarding the price difference and showing the receipt given to me earlier, She simply starts shouting, without even listening to me completely and says that she has no time to deal with my situation as she has new customers coming(there are barely 2 more other than me). At least she could have asked me wait for a few minutes as she was occupied, but no she starts shouting like a maniac and started addressing me informally, even though I kept addressing her formally. Not just with me i even saw her picking up arguments with 2 other customers during my stay at this hotel. She is even more rude to them and asked them to stay in the non-ac room, even though they paid for an ac room but the ac is not working. Basically they are only interested in taking new customers as they are yet to pay the money, but don’t care about the existing ones as they have already payed the amount.
So, in conclusion, if you don’t want your experience while visiting the pilgrimage, to be ruined by some stupid arrogant person, please avoid this hotel. They have the arrogance that they are having more customers just because of the location(close to both bus and railway station). But id they continue like this, they will reach a situation where they won’t even have house files to deal with, let alone the people visiting tirumala.
If the owner of the hotel is not as stupid as their staff especially as stupid as their lady receptionist, they will address this concern and replace her or make her adjust her attitude towards customers.

Read moreTerrible Experience at Vikram Hotel, Tirupati – Avoid at All Costs! I had an extremely bad experience visiting Vikram Hotel in Tirupati at night. The only good thing about this hotel is its location, as it is opposite the bus stand, making it easily accessible. However, everything else about the hotel was a complete disaster.
As soon as I entered the room, an unbearable smell hit me. The entire place had a damp, moldy odor, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. It was clear that the rooms were not properly cleaned or maintained. The furniture looked old, and the bedsheets didn’t seem fresh at all. It felt unhygienic and unpleasant, making it difficult to even relax in the room.
The service was the worst part. The night staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Any request, even for basic necessities like water or towels, took ages to be fulfilled, and even then, they acted as if they were doing us a huge favor. There was no sense of hospitality, and it felt like they simply didn’t care about their guests.
To make matters worse, the price was ridiculously high for the terrible quality they offered. For the amount they charge, you would expect at least decent service and a clean room, but this hotel failed on every front. There are many better hotels in Tirupati at similar or even lower prices, so staying here is an absolute waste of money.
Overall, Vikram Hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever visited. Smelly rooms, terrible service, and overpriced rates make it a place to avoid at all costs. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else—this hotel is not worth a single rupee! Not appropriate for...
Read moreBetter opt any other hotel. If you love hygiene then its not your choice. The rooms are okay in size and look. But outdated. I took a single room, costing ₹500. But if you book it long before you ciuld get it cheaper. In my room NO A/c. And yes it 500. The room has a TV. The management already told me that the TV is not working, and as i dont need it, i just accepted. What you get in the room is a TV, a landline phone (i never used it), a bed, a towel, WiFi. A complementary soap, medimix. There is a chair too, with a small tea table like. I personally dint like bathroom. They never cleaned my room. No house keeping came to the room any time. I didnt call anyone, as i just want to see how many days it would be the same. No doubt, if i tell them they will definitely clean it. Hot water? I dont know when you get it. I only bathed with hotwater on 6 am one day, and no other days after 8 am i got hot water. I think they have timings. Yes, i dint had geyser in my room. And the other big problem is Rats! You open the window, you are victim. Mind it! I dont know about other rooms, but my room had such problem. You have a lift. Car parking, little one. The best PRO features of the hotel are near to RTC bus stand, and a room to live! I tried the tiffins in the hotel, they ARE good. Idli, onion dosa. I am not discouraging you to pick up the hotel. Take it when there is no...
