i booked this room for our driver, and paid everything beforehand to ensure he could have a comfortable check in. upon arriving (late at night, after a whole day of driving) the owner is saying we have to pay 300 rupee extra “because they don’t sell rooms under 800 rupee”. If there was a feature of 0 star I would give this hotel that. Very bad maintenance, poor quality of rooms and coming to the staff...( Chi.. Thu) They tried their best to annoy the customer and torture them. On the first day, I've seen a customer cursing them for something , now I realized the reason. Very Good Hotel! The hotel is looking so beautiful and neat. Atmosphere is really peaceful and pleasant. Staff people are very friendly and talking with so much respect. I really liked the way they received and treated us. Rooms also very clean and comfortable. Service is fast and perfect. Overall experience was excellent. I’m fully satisfied and surely I’ll come again with my family....
