I recently had the pleasure of dining at Platform 65 restaurant and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was instantly captivated by the warm and inviting ambience. The restaurant's tasteful decor and cozy lighting created the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening.

I was little doubtful after reading the negative reviews about the taste, waiting period, items not being served hot, cost factor..

Let me tell you my review only on these negative reveiws as rest all positive points have already been reviewed by many.

Disclaimer : we went on a weekday afternoon at around 2:30 (peak time)but the crowd was full. So reviewing accordingly.

5 points from my side to all these negative reviews

1. Cost factor: Starters a bit costly.( Tamalapaku Bhajji -190)Rest all items were as per the cost of other restaurants only. Not extremely costlier.
2. Serving hot & waiting time : I just can expect a much faster & much hotter items being served. Excellent service.
3. Taste - Our order: Starters : Tamalapaku Bhajji & Crispy panner ( this item is not available in menu, ordered after reading reviews) - both of them are excellent. Main course - Mushroom Biryani, Babycorn Pulao & Andhra Veg Puloa - Taste wise excellent. I loved mushroom biryani.

Only suggestion to the restaurant Menu is not completely updated. The person taking order has recommended some very good items which is not available in the menu.pls add every possible item in your menu as you are losing out some orders which you can make but your customers are not aware.

Example : Crispy panner (starter) , Ulavacharu biryani etc

Overall I am very much satisfied & will surely recommend to my friends.

We were 5 ppl and we were very hungry and we thought this place was good and we went around 2pm for lunch on my best friend's birthday which is the first of August (this month). Ambience was looking good but some bad smell was all around the hotel and the waiter was not even responding well to us , we had to call him for at least 50 times while he was a foot distance. Then he comes and takes our order of Dum Biryani (chicken) after 20mins and tells us to order something else . Then he gave us an idea to order some other biryani saying it's the best and he took 40 minutes to bring it to our table . And the people who were next to our table came ate and went while we were still waiting for the food . We waited for at least an hour for the food. Then he brought it through the train toy which looked good but the taste of the biryani was very bad . Some bitter taste came and the chicken pieces weren't cooked properly so all of us left the biryani and told the waiter about the biryani. He didn't change the biryani but brought us the feedback form . So one of us gave the feedback about the service also saying it was bad . And while we all got up and were about to leave this waiter came and stopped us saying I did my best service to you guys and this is what you all gave and please changed it , I don't even want your tip(as if we were going to give him any ) but he was very irritating so we had to change the feedback about service.
