While the idly itself lived up to its reputation and exceeded my expectations, I regret to inform you that my overall experience was marred by subpar service. Firstly, I would like to commend the outstanding quality of the idly. The taste, texture, and preparation of the dish were truly delightful, deserving a full rating of 5/5. It is evident that your culinary expertise and dedication to maintaining excellent food standards are praiseworthy. However, I feel compelled to bring to your attention the disappointing service encounter I had during my visit. There were a couple of instances that left a negative impression on me and significantly impacted my overall dining experience. One incident involved a waiter who displayed rude behavior towards a customer who simply sat improperly. This lack of professionalism and unwelcoming attitude was disheartening to witness. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. Furthermore, another unpleasant incident occurred when a customer was given a token meant for parcel services due to a mistake made by the cashier. Instead of handling the situation with empathy and helpfulness, the waiter's response was dismissive and careless. This disregard for customer satisfaction is not reflective of the service standards that should be upheld.

We went to have idly there and was very excited as we have heard alot about this place but in reality this place was crowded and infact you have to fight for your seat even after paying for idly !! There was no one to manage ppl, they do have good business but still not even a person to manage the customers. While taking the token which we paid for, the same person asked us to wait in the waiting corner which we did, while waiting we could see the customers who came later after us was getting seats and they were trying to reserve the seats themselves by standing next to the ones having. This was really disturbing for us so we decided to return the coupon and leave after waiting for more than half an hour for 2 plates of idly. But fun fact is they didn't even bother to refund our money, that's were we realized that they were little greedy and all they mattered was money flowing in and not about the customers.
