United Food palace — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

We watched Instagram Reals and Eazydinner, thought it would be a good restaurant, and booked for Son's first birthday(Initially mentioned as 18-20 people). After I reached the place, they provided room after 15 minutes with a sitting capacity of less than 16(later rearranged) the AC was not properly working it was placed on only one side and completely suffocated on the other side.

Initially they served soups without taste and we asked some them to replace and later they exchanged with other and again repeated the same problem. Even I requested to prepare it properly form next onwards and the same repeated for starters. Veg Mancho soup was not good Veg Hot and sour soup was not Good Tomato soup was Good Paneer Majestic was Not Good(Looks like an older panner) Crispy Corn was OK Baby corn starter was Not Good (Lack of taste without proper salt).

Again we discussed with different people in hotel management about the problem and they agreed and they mentioned that it won't be repeated during the main course. and ordered Butter naan: 3 Paneer fried rice:2 or 3(didn't remember properly) Egg Biryani:3(Mentioned extra gravy) Paneer butter masala:1 Cashew and Tomato:1(Mentioned and agreed that it will be spicy)

The same problem repeated. Butter Naan and Paneer butter masala was ok. But they sent cashew and tomato curry with a sweet essence. So we asked them to change and we didn't receive the spicy one. We ordered the same item again and received it as expected. I will post the image. The difference is identified. Paneer Fried rice: Panner is completely like Rubber. Egg Biryani: Receive it with plain rice(Bagara kind of rice) two eggs and one spoon of gravy. Later I asked them to change and again they served with less gravy and we got the desired item on 3rd request.

The experience was horrible. Please rethink if you are going to this restaurant if you are organising...

First of all, they are amateurs. They give water bottles without asking customers if they want normal or mineral water. To take an order, you have to wait 30 minutes. Thank God, finally, we ordered chicken drums and prawns fry. We got chicken lolipops instead of drumsticks. The waiter was so stubborn and told us those were drumsticks. Maybe he thought we were visiting a restaurant for the first time in our lives.

Next, the crispy corn. BP patients, please don't go there. I forgot to mention all items were highly salted. By the way, you don't get sauce or cutlery. You have to wait for them to see you, even though you try to call them for 10 minutes. They know you are calling.

Next, we waited another 15 minutes to order the main course. We ordered joint biryani and requested a normal egg omelet for our baby boy. Funny, they don't have egg omelets. They don't have steam rice but fried rice. They don't have dal tadka or dal fry. Anyways, my in-laws had biryani.

I called them for the bill. Fortunately, it came early, and they billed us for water bottles, even though they didn't ask me before. It's okay, let it be. I had the worst experience with the food. I don't want to complain about the water.

We went down for valet. No one was there. After waiting 5 minutes, someone came and got the keys. This is the funny story. They didn't know where my vehicle was parked. We waited another 10 minutes. Finally, my vehicle came. My wife and I didn't have the main course, so we went to a nearby eat street place, took biryani, and had a nice meal to forget our dinner disaster.

My suggestion for your restaurant: never add fake reviews. First, learn to cook and serve properly. Expect genuine reviews. If you add fake reviews, you will shut down very soon.

We went for a friend bdy party after watching cozy videos in instagram.....as seen the ambience is quite good and staff are friendly but food taste and time of service is pathetic.....here is our experience.....they said it will take just 15 min and they took more than half n hour for a basic decor with happy bdy tag and around 30 balloons and charged 370rs for that......by the time we order food , they said head chef was not there only one chef was available.....they gave us welcome drinks with green apple, that's good in taste....we ordered soups veg man chow and chicken man chow tasted okok a bit spicy even chicken man chow tasted like veg with too many veggies.....later starters came after an eternity we just got frustrated being in the swing room....no one is coming to follow up order.....we have to get up thrice and call them.....sizzling chicken is good and the only delicious one in those ordered by us.....next the apollo fish is just tasteless.....paneer Kurkure no seasoning just wrapped in bread and fried and then we ended up, cant go for main course with such service and taste and took bill.....just for those 4 dishes the bill is 1800 change...
