Aum Sri Sairam!!
We really enjoyed this hotel.Did stayed over couple days for getting Bhagwan Sri Sathya Saibaba blessings at Puttaparthi.
The location was ideal, within walking distance of Prashanthi Nilayam - Ganesh Gate that interested us.We did researched couple of other good rated hotels. But it was not found as comfy as Sai Maa place..Initially we booked for a single room.Based on the quality and comfort,we had it extended by extra two rooms to accommodate my brothers families as well.
The Management and Restaurant staffs are really friendly, polite and very helpful.Truly appreciate the sincere efforts taken by the Management Staff named Vahini and couple of other gentlemen's who took care of all our needs and made our stay more comfortable than what we expected. The restaurant provides good quality perfect South Indian foods at nominal price and taste really good.
One thing stood out at this hotel was the sleeping quality. The rooms are very clean, up to todays standards and luxurious equipped with modern technology.
Finally, should thank the housekeeping lady staff and the security personnel who helped my mom by giving necessary support while walking in staircase before boarding in the car.
Thanks a bunch for the entire Management team for making our stay pleasant and a memorable one!!!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely will return if we visit Prashanthi...
Read moreMy review is based on my personal experience. I found the staff here very arrogant who only interested in serving white guests. I am a frequent traveler & stayed at all star hotels depending on the location in India & abroad . I visit Puttaparthi frequently and first time stayed here . It appears this place prefer to cater non Indian guests. That’s the feel I got including the guard at the front door , he won’t open the door for me but for white guests, I thought I was in india , lol . Property is nice & room was updated but very small barley enough room to walk around & no luggage rack or table to open luggage except on the bed . Hot water supply very limited depends what time I showered . On my floor staff always hanging out but will never say hello or greet the guests??? Their attitude reflects the management here. Food is average and locals may find over priced as well and room may not be suitable for over weight person . Please check the room , they may have better bigger rooms ? One Star for poor service & lack of coordination among staff , I got different response for same issue . I wanted to extend my stay but after how I was treated decided to move to a...
