Good food, clean place, and a solid menu — but serious limitations in availability.

I’m not giving 5 stars for one simple reason: they don’t serve Pongal all day. After morning darshan, it’s nearly impossible to reach here before 10:30 AM, and by then, breakfast is already over. It’s disappointing, especially for a dish like Pongal which many devotees would love to enjoy at any time of day. I sincerely hope they reconsider and include Pongal in their all-day menu.

A special mention to Kalpana Ji — she is truly exceptional. Always attentive, welcoming, and offers great suggestions. Her presence elevates the entire dining experience. Without a doubt, this is the best place to eat in Puttaparthi — but with some caveats.

After dining here almost daily for a week, I feel compelled to update my review. It’s become obvious that the lower-priced, traditional items like Pongal are intentionally limited. They frequently “run out” of these dishes, no matter the time of day. While cost isn’t a concern for me personally, it’s frustrating that half the menu is regularly unavailable depending on when you arrive.

Let’s be honest — this place is thriving because it’s one of the only decent dining options in town. But remember: Swami is watching everything. My humble suggestion — raise your prices if needed, but please serve the full menu consistently. Why offer 50 items when only half are available most of the time?

Good food, but then gave us an UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND POOR SERVICE !!

Ordered 2 south indian unlimited meal which was priced 180 as per the menu card provided. After first serve, we did not have anyone to even ask us if we need something. Somehow got some rice extra finally for curd rice after 15 mins wait.

When billed, it said 210 per meal (excl GST). When asked, their GM showed us a menu card that had meal price updated as 210 striking 180 with a pen. How can a customer be charged something doffere t from what was quoted in intial menu? When I asked this, she decided to ignore us.

DID NOT EXPECT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE FROM SUCH A REPUTED PLAYER IN PUTTAPARTHI. I really felt like I was given free meals by them, seeing the way she treated my query and ignored me. Adding my bill here as a proof to my review.

Otherwise, their food quality was really good, but the bad experience overtook the good aspect here.

Pathetic, Pathetic, Pathetic....

This was the first time I went to this hotel, although I have been a frequent visitor to Parthi. I heard so much stuff about Sai Towers, the owner and the hotel but I never paid too much attention to all that. But, this time I went into the restaurant to give it a try and I will tell you, I am not going to visit the place again nor would recommend the place to any of you.

Ordered 2 fruit salad bowls, they charged Rs. 250 per bowl and only to find cut watermelon and papaya pieces with one scoop of ice cream, Horrible guys. I visited the restaurant in May, this time being summer season, I was expecting some seasonal fruits, i.e. Mango. Literally no mango, apple, banana and forget the other premium fruits. And they label it as 'Fruit Salad with Icecream'. And the guy who took my order was not to be seen until I stepped out of the place.
