Sai Surya is one of the best places in Puttaparthi to have food. The restaurant is present on 1st floor just opposite the main gate of Mandir entrance. Following are their unmatched specialities Herb warm water (which is very good for health benefits) They give what they promise If you want to have OIL LESS food on request they will exactly provide you completely oilless Dosa Paratha and other things (not sabai/vegetables) They are very quick in serving and they provide very good taste and quality If someone wants to have food with less spices they can also have it from here on request and exactly such food was provided to me. Ordering is very easy for a pick up and they will keep things ready for you on priority before you reach their restaurant. Behaviour is very good. I liked their way of customer interaction. They are humble and nice people. Both online and offline payments are available...

Was completely dissatisfied with the experience dining there.The service and rates were much better a couple of years back.we went during non rush hours and had to wait for 10 mins just for the waiter to notice us and wait for some more time to get something basic like water!Then we finally got our order noted and order came within sometime. We ordered only gobi manchurian but that was also not great for the price..the taste and quantity didn't justify the price.When we went to give our feedback to the woman who was sitting in reception,she was busy defending what happened and was not giving the respect due to a customer.This was downright insulting especially when we had come all the way from mandir in extreme heat just to dine here. This experience has made me question my preference of coming here in future.Hope the owner takes account of this and takes corrective action to retain loyal...

this hotel staff don't know what politeness is or anything about hospitality.these people treat foreigners as gods and they misbehave with native telugu people by ill-treating them. this hotel waiters don't have single characterestic a waiter should have.,they are like road side characterless hooligans. when you complain about bad food,the reply you get from the waiter is "GO AND ASK KITCHEN MASTER" .next question from waiter to customer for complaining is "WHICH STATE YOU BELONG".when i say am from andhra pradesh, they sarcastically say in loud voice "OH ANDHRAWALA". these rogues are from kerala and bihar ,despite being from other state,they insult local telugu people. owner of this hotel must be a rogue and moron for having rowdy rogues as waiters.. i have been to different cities all over india,,i never saw such rogue waiters. if you insult telugu people on telugu land,you won't be in...
