To start with i am grateful to Shri Chandra Kandra Garu, the owner of this property who despite being busy in US responded to an enquiry immediately on Google n assisted me brilliantly being away and provided all necessary help and guidance to our 8 member family and ensuring a lovely 😍 memorable stay at Tirupati. Shri Ravindra Garu thw manager helped us by providing a good reception from the moment we labses in tirupati, as we arrived early at 6am n check in being at 10am, they have generously accomadated us early in another posh apartment which was a very well furnished flat with lovely ambience n nature around till we moved into the actual property Tirupati Home stay villa 42, The house attender Narasimha has ensured all support n help an stool care of us like a family member. The house was very comfortable and had all facilities n amenities which will make u feel home and above all is the care the Owner n Management have shown us till we arrived and even after we left like a family. I would strongly recommend all to go for this property. We had a lovely n divine stay. The place is very much accessible from TPTY RS with Ola n other cabs and just 2km from Padmavathi Temple- Thiruchanur. Let me start this review talking about the owner Raveendra Babu. He is Extremely down to earth and very polite person and very cooperative and accommodating in all aspects. The place that we stayed at is a 2 bdrm villa but had enough beds to accommodate our group of 10 adults and 3 kids very comfortably. The place is very clean and homely and had continuous hot water in both the full bathrooms with western commodes. The arrangements for breakfast were wonderful with enough delicious food left over after everyone of us was comfortably fed. The first morning we had breakfast of freshly prepared idlis and delicious sambhar and wadas. The second morning we had idli, wada and dosas with chutneys and hot coffee every morning. The helper guy Narsimha was very polite and cooperative and had the place clean and organized when we were out sightseeing and made sure we had enough supplies of fresh water and made the beds and cleaned the place left behind after three kids aged 20mths to 11 yrs. We were provided with fresh filtered water every night. The owner also helped us in arranging our transportation for sight seeing and made the trip very comfortable. The place is beautiful. Little on the outskirts of Tirupati, it is a small bungalow with living cum dining room, kitchen (no cooking), two bedrooms with front garden. The place is entirely let and you have the house to yourself. Rooms are good sized, amply furnished, neat & clean. Toilets are clean and with all fixtures working. Ample lights, a/c in bedrooms, all time hot water and purified water for drinkingThe property is overall well maintained. WiFi is provided. TV is there in living room and induction is in kitchen. Plates are available if you order food. Certain rules are there and are well displayed and I think it is must to maintain and sustain a homestay.
