Hotel JC International — Hotel in Assam

It's a total farce of a hotel. Located in the main town it is facing slow decay. Bedsheets are full of stains, when asked to replace they will bring other bedsheets which are also stained. (Pics attached). Rooms are dirty. Bathroom is dirty and needs immediate renovation. Pics are given. There is no geyser, no air conditioning but the prices are high (rs 2300). Water is almost brown in colour. TV sets are almost two decades old with no paid channels ( only the free channels in cable TV are there). Just had a very bad experince of my last tour while I opt for this Hotel.Infact my favourite hotel was full due to marriage. I read some good reviews about this hotel at Tripadvisor so choose this property.Infact the condition of mattresses bed sheets pillowsbalnkets towels was so bad that no one can even use them.Infact this property require renovation and replacement of all clothings.When I made a complaint to manager he told me sorry sir if you wish you may choose other hotel.But after my orguments and when I told him about Tripadvisor he provided me new bed sheets pillow covers & towel.
