Adya Hotel — Hotel in Bengaluru

I booked this hotel for a week to stay with my wife on an official trip to Bangalore. The worst decision I made by checking their rating and reviews.Its a very old property and not maintained at all. The rooms and bathrooms were stinking and dusty. The moment I entered to the first room I asked them for another and they gave it. But that was also same. There is no option to give zero rating in google hence keeping it as 1. The location bit inside the uber drivers were cancelling the rides.I booked another hotel and checked out within a couple of hours itself but they charged me INR 1600 for those couple of hours.Please don't relay on all good reviews and the photos they posted, all they would have taken at the time...

We had a very bad stay at the hotel which forced us to cut short our trip and leave early. The hotel building was quite old and at the time of check in they gave us a stained towel, 1 soap snd Ac remote. When we opened the room, we could see cigarettes strewn around and the bed in a mess indicating that it was not a clean room. We immediately went downstairs and complained. However they gave us another room which was comparatively cleaner than the first one but still very dirty and old. The bedsheet and pillow case linen were quite old and we didn't feel like laying down on it. The bathroom was also super dirty. All this made us stay there onlh for few hours and we checked out...

I can see few positive reviews about this hotel above i am sure that they will definitely write a negative review when they are at their next stay experience

They dont have any responsibility to their customer they only want money

If any one of you are taking any room booking here pls make sure record the call or ask them for any proof for the amount that you are agreed if you do not have any evidence once you are at the hotel they will easly tell we didn’t tell anything about the amount and ask for higher price this is their strategies for cheating their customer ,they will done this for their regular customers also so...
