Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience on October 2nd – Feedback

Dear Biryani Zone/Zest Management,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and overall experience during my recent visit to your restaurant on October 2nd. This visit, which was meant to be a celebration for my son's birthday with family and friends (a group of 7 adults and 4 children), turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at your establishment.

We placed a full order including starters and main courses: 1 Paneer Biryani, 2 Full Chicken Tandoori, 2 Paneer Starters, Egg Gravy, and Butter Naan. However, the service was nothing short of pathetic and unacceptable:

Starters were left at the kids' table without any attempt by staff to assist in serving. The waiter staff stood idle, watching, until I had to intervene and request them to serve the children, citing safety concerns.

We had to repeatedly ask (three times!) for something as basic as onions. Even then, the portions brought were insufficient.

When we raised our concerns with a senior staff member, instead of acknowledging or resolving the issue, he raised his voice and behaved unprofessionally.

The entire team seemed poorly trained in basic hospitality and completely lacked a customer-centric mindset.

This experience was extremely disheartening, especially given my long-standing relationship with your brand. I have been living in the area for 15 years and was among the first customers when you opened your branch opposite Sai Garden, Seghehalli. Over the years, your biryani and tandoor items made this a go-to place for many of our family celebrations.

However, the recent visit has made me seriously reconsider coming back. Despite my personal connection to the building owner and his son, who is a good friend, I’ve decided to pause any further visits due to the sheer incompetence and attitude of some of your staff members.

I genuinely hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your customer service and staff professionalism. I wish your brand the best, and I do hope to see a positive change should I choose to visit again in the future.

Worst biryani we ever had from biryani zone, we ordered mutton biryani less masala... because our daughter can not eat too spicy food

1. the order took more than 30 mins to serve to the table

2. the Pieces in biryani were not at all cooked and the taste was horrible, fully spicy, my daughter could not eat anything for dinner..she slept for the night hungry because she don't want to eat anything after wards

3. many times I asked for ghee to subside the spice ness and curd but they ignored....almost 3 times, but when I asked again and again they were saying it's chargeable, if they are concerned about money so much they need to tell us when we asked for first time only as our concern was not money but to somehow finish the order, no respect for people and their small small requirements.. we have visited even very big restaurants to small restaurants aswell never was this case, atleast we had not faced this situation

Very bad behaviour by the people who took the order moreover service was pathetic

4. there were cockroaches around the table moving , 😂and got hair from the biryani served in plates...oooo yukky..😳🤬felt vomiting very poor environmental hygiene

5. over all highly not recommended 🙏 no thanks it's our responsibility to spread this kind of news to save many peoples prime time !

One question to The management of biryani zone, why you have this resturant? when a family/ anyone visits any restuarant thinking that they can eat nice food to suppress the hunger of food, you should not disappoint them with all these nonsence!!

while coming how happily they entered even When they come out of the restaurant also you should see them going with more happiness in their faces, not that why they had come here to waste their money.

We lost our precious time and money in BiYani zone yesterday night, I am telling you can close this resturant in just few months if you maintain the same.
