Benaka Suites — Hotel in Bengaluru

The wedding was to take place in Bangalore, India. Friends and relatives were going to attend and they would total up as 43 members who by tradition and custom have to be comfortably housed and provided for with every convenience. We reserved all of the eight service apartments in Benaka. I think we lucked out. The suites were very nicely designed and were very luxurious. Our guests from the US, UK, Australia and all of the major cities in India and the Middle East were thrilled to live there. Breakfast is included in the rent. The kitchen is on the terrace and delicious breakfast was provided for everyday. The service was very polite and efficient. The apartment kitchens were stocked with sufficient crockery and cutlery. Apart from the breakfast we also ordered a few lunches and dinners at additional cost of course. Very satisfactory. The management was courteous and efficient and the costs for our stay from |August 23rd through August 27th was extremely reasonable and far cheaper than any 5- star hotels. And I add the service and the whole experience was no less than a 5- star hotel. If you stay in Benaka I guarantee that you will enjoy a luxurious and comfortable stay at the most economical rates. A perfect homestay far away from home!

Structure and Location: The guest house has around 8 apartments which can accommodate around 16 people at once. Located at a very serene location and right infront of CSTEP office makes it ideal for business stays. The room charge is also satisfactory. Nearby tourist attraction is the Hebbal Lake which is located at a kilometre distance from the guest house. Facilities: Each of the rooms is provided with a double bed with a full size mirror, well ventilated windows, a TV, an AC and a well maintained bathroom with provision of hot water. Essential toiletries is provided by the staff present there. The rooms are cleaned everyday.

Food and Room Service: The quality and quantity of food provided is good although some improvement can be made on the pricing. Moreover, the menu card provided by the guest house is somewhat different from what they actually can serve us. Also, they are very slow in responding to our queries as the staff present there doesn't pick up the phone between 9:30pm to 8 am the next day.

This place offers much more than what it says on their website. 5* hospitality, safe and secured place and location and amazing staff. They go an extra mile to make them self different than other serviced apartments. They will clean and refresh the apartment. They also replace the towels and clean all the crockery and cutlery.

They provide fresh and best vegetarien food at a reasonable price. Lots of choice for breakfast. Stayed with my 4 years daughter who enjoyed her self and it also gave us piece of mind knowing she will be safe and looked after with members of staff in common area. Their service and personal touch was great and highly appreciated.

Located in quite residential area. 30 minutes from airport and 30 minutes from Manyata Tech Park. It takes 30 minutes to be in the heart of the city subject to traffic. Lots of options for food and drinks around. Shopping mal is nearer too for any shopping you may wish to do.
