My experience with this hotel was very disappointing. I had ordered a takeaway and was extremely hungry. They forgot my order, making me wait for 15 minutes while I watched three Swiggy orders and three local orders, all placed after mine and with larger quantities, being served. After reminding them, they still made me wait another 10 minutes.

I had specifically requested extra sambar because I had ordered idly and vada, which I prefer to eat dipped in sambar. The staff responded rudely, saying they couldn’t give extra. I pointed out that if I were dining in, they would be happy to serve extra sambar as many times as I asked, but they couldn’t give me a satisfactory answer.

Eventually, they did give the extra sambar, but the process took more than 30 minutes. To top it off, the staff, with an arrogant attitude, threw the parcel at me without any respect. That’s when they crossed the line, and I ended up having a heated argument with them.

It was clear they didn’t want to do the extra work, which is unacceptable. I pay for my food, remind them about my order, and request something reasonable, but they acted as if they were in the right. I understand the work pressure they may have, and I was patient until the promised delivery time, but their behavior was out of line.

As for the food, it was average. The only reason for the large crowd is its location on the main road.

I recently dined at this restaurant, and my experience was quite average. The restaurant is conveniently located on the main road, which makes it easily accessible. However, the lack of parking space was a significant inconvenience; I had to park on the roadside, which wasn't ideal. They have lift to reach the service hall which is on 1st floor, self service is there on the ground floor.

The service was neither exceptional nor terrible; it fell right in the middle. The staff seemed friendly but didn't go out of their way to provide a memorable dining experience.

The pricing of the food was reasonable and in line with what you'd expect from a standard restaurant. However, the food itself was disappointing. It was not particularly tasty, and there was nothing special about the dishes I ordered. The flavors were bland, and I was left wishing for more. Udupi Vaibhav is a good pure veg restaurant in Bhadrapa layout area, near hebbal banglore. Its a total South Indian style restaurant but surving all things like North Indian, Chinese, and chat and with South Indian food . They have a dinning ac auditorium upstairs at 1st floor their they have table service in ground floor only self service. Their food quality and tase is also upto mark no doubt, main thing that they serve full veg menu and that too well tested. Chat and tea coffee are also good 👍🏼 This place opened earlier in morning and served hot idli and rice after some time around 10-11 o'clock they started their total menu for the day
