Very small rooms.. for 1400 rupees. Poor access to the lift. Ordinary locality in the outskirts of the city. Extremely ordinary complimentary breakfast that too order before 1 hour to get it. No buffet. Only one breakfast I.e. only idly or Sosa or poori or bread available. No combinations accepted. Anything extra requests will be charged. Even bottled water is charged. Only filled water is included in room rent. Breakfast available only after 7.30 am. By then cabs like ola start charging premium costs per km. Very difficult to travel to the city after 8 am. Huge traffic enroute. Better get a hotel nearer to city. Minimum 350 rupees to reach this hotel. Rooms were stinking due to the wet woods. All the walls in the room are made of wood and hence people can feel the wood smell entire day and night. Lot of hairs found in the floor was not cleaned even after requests. It was a very clean hotel with proper water supply. The rooms and bathrooms were in good condition. The A. C. and geyser were working properly. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Also the room service was excellent. The beds were super comfy. . The location is all good specially for students visiting IISc. It's only 15 min away in a cab.This hotel is around 15 min away from Yeshwantpur station and 30 min from the airport. Also the Iskcon temple and Lalbagh were not very far near by.The breakfast they provide is good and they offer a good lot of variety as well.
