Fresh Menu HSR — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Apparently Wifey decided not to cook the other day and for me when I am high on food, it simply awakens the beast that has even bigger cravings. So to to settle things up, the only thing that came into my find was FreshMenu. It's not the first time I was ordering from them. So I knew that out of all the options I had they are the healthiest and the quickest option I have that can fill me up in 20 mins. Wohaooo, that sounds quick right? Yup you heard me right as well, they deliver food in 20 Mins. Never seen someone delivering food that quickly in my area.

So since we were just the two of us to settle things down, I decided to go down old school. I order the best of FreshMenu i.e. The Smokin' Grill Burger 🍔, Grilled 'N' Cheese Sandwich and Gulab Jamun Cheesecake (looks fancy eh?) and I was fallen for that as well. The best of FreshMenu is they have this unique name and most of the time their dishes are different.

When I got my order, the first look of that Burger and the Sandwich was to die for. They were Juicy Lucy and the liquid cheese was just meting out of it. The first bite if the burger took me to a different world and I was just mesmerized in that taste that was so divine. The cheek patty was tenderly grilled and was minced with all the herbs and cheesy secret sauce. The sandwich had grilled tandoori chunks loaded with vegetables and herbs that just made me full. But the highlight of the day was Gulab Jamun Cheesecake and trust me it's not your ordinary sweet dish. The savory lies in this amazing stuffing made by Cheesecake in Gulab Jamun and when it is gulped together it just burst a new fusion flavor that you might have never imagined.

All n all FreshMenu ticks all the corners if you are planning to experience great food. It fits in all thr occasions be it late lunch or if your wife refuses to cook dinner 😜. Freshmenu is your savior.

I have been ordering from FreshMenu since many months now. Though their packaging is excellent, food items innovative, but where they really lag is the delivery (or whichever department looks into sending the packets after they are prepared). I can go chronological on this topic. I have email records with the support team. Now, I have been so much disappointed (and embarrassed in front of my team) that I decided to write about it.

First of all if you are ordering in bulk, some boxes are going to take hit, their innards messed up and leaky. There have been more than couple of times when they "missed" sending fork/spoons/napkins (this is now taken care of maybe because I mention about this point with every order) The last straw was for me when this time they didn't send along masala soda bottles along with packets. They however claim that they called me as soon as delivery boy left to confirm if they can reimburse the difference as soda was out of stock. No sir, by all means keep the money, I wanted soda, not the money. The damage was done as half my team mates had drinks (which I purchased separately) and the other looking at their faces.

When I promise my team (of 20+) that they will get good food, decently presented, with all means to eat it, some beverage and dessert and I can't deliver it, it dents my reputation. And I have been a fool to take chance with FreshMenu...

The food is fresh n good that's the reason I decided to get a bulk order from freshmenu for my kid's bday party.since most of them were kids around the age of 3 I requested them or to be honest pleaded them to get some packed in mini bowls for kids so that the food doesn't go waste ,but they plainly rejected it saying they don't give mini bowls.I was told that it is a company policy and they cannot alter it for me.Having no option i had to go with the regular size portion for the kids too.As expected a lot of food went waste n I couldn't help it .I thought it might feel bad if I ask mothers to share the food with their kids ,even they want to relax n enjoy the food.

SURPRISE, SURPRISE, I went for a party today n saw mini portions from freshmenu being served...n asked them how they got n was told that they knew the person so got it..It took sometime for me to digest..so ok there is no company policy like that n they will customise the portions if u know 'them'.

These companies just don't get the point. It is not all about money, I would have paid same money of a regular meal for a mini meal and at least would have saved some food going waste.These companies just don't show corporate responsibility of giving it back to the society but also blocks the customers who intend to do...
