I stayed at Inn@Silicon Valley for 4 days and had a pathetic experience.
Experience 1 : I booked it through Oyo app and they offered me a discounted rate, which was great. Once I reached hotel, the hotel people denied check-in and told they cannot accept the rate which Oyo committed to me. This is supposed to be dealt between the hotel and Oyo and the hotel was rude in telling " Either pay full amount as per their tariff or go to someother hotel". They told they will not talk to Oyo about this.
Experience 2 : I tried to reach oyo through their app which doesnt provide any calling feature. It gave me only two options - Cancel the booking or find someother Oyo. I couldnt take this risk as it was a Sunday and most of the hotels are already booked in Bangalore. So i decided to pay the full amount at the hotel and get refund from Oyo
Experience 3 : They assigned me a room. After I opened it, it was not cleaned at all. It was given in the same state at which the previous guest left the room. Asked the hotel person to change the room.
Experience 4 : They assigned me another room. After 3 hours i found that the AC was not working. Unfortunately, that day was hotter in Bangalore. Again I asked the hotel person to change the room
Experience 5 : They assigned me another room. Ac was working properly but TV and setup box werent there. I asked them to install it which they did. I went out for dinner and came back to find that the room is not getting opened. They took 30 mins to open the room and said there was some fault with the room lock and it should work.
All the above experiences were on day 1
Experience 6 : On day 2, I came back from morning walk and found that the room didnt open again. Again they spent 30 mins to open the door and told it will work fine going forward.
Experience 7 : End of the day, once I came back to room in the evening, again the room didnt open, again they spent 15 mins to open the door. This time I literally ran out of patience and had to shout at them to fix it permanently as I was going to stay for 3 more days and I cant spend 30 mins every time to open the door. They opened it with manual key instead of smart card and told that they will open with the key whenever i want it but cant give the key to me.
Experience 8 : After all this mess up, the door was opened, I found that room was not cleaned and again asked them to clean the room.
Experience 9 : Most of the conversations were happening in front of the owner's room. He was sitting inside and listening to all this conversation but didnt bother to step out to enquire what was the problem and resolve the issues.
On day 3 all the issues were fixed but I checked out early morning day 4.
Overall the experience was worst. Unfortunately this was my first booking in Oyo. Not sure whether this is how every Oyo would be. Keeping...

This is a constructive feedback for a owner because I found him sensible with his customers (In case he would like to take it constructive!) Being a business women, I checked into this BUSINESS HOTEL alone.
I checked-in at 9.00 pm in the hotel, post paper formalities, room keys handed over to me. and that's it! It is over. Reception staff did not bother to escort me towards direction, room location. When I asked they shown me the lift. I have asked again which floor than they spoke up and then left me alone to look out for room at 2nd floor. In the room, there was no mention of reception no, room service no, restaurant no and the great reception staff did not bothered again to let me know the imp contact for communication during check in as well. Next working, I went to work, locked my room and to my surprise they have cleaned the room without my consent and even locked it. (This is when the manager/owner came for my rescue.) Now, they have taken up all used and remaining toiletries with them(as if I m not supposed to freshen up after my office hours). They don't even left the toilet soap that allows me to at least clean up my hand after natural rituals. Please mind here, I booked room for 3 days. I called them twice, informed the nearby hotel staff member but I guess they believed to use toiletries once during a day and again the great staff did not bothered to provide me that. TV was also not working in this business hotel, by d way. After 3 continuous calls and follow-ups in 2 days, they fixed this. Not to forget, they served me cold food and you are not allowed to have food from outside

Me and my friends stayed here for 3-4 days
Breakfast was no ready on time. ( FYI - They don't prepare the breakfast, they get parcel from outside hotel and serve same, which was very worse in taste. ) No cleaning was done, even after informing. No water bottles served. Bedsheets were not clean, were not changed on time.
I don't know for what services they are charging very high amount.
First day -
We booked triple bed room online. post reaching the hotel, double bed room was allotted without notifying us.
When we checked then room and contacted reception, then they informed us there is some maintenance and triple bed room would be allotted tomorrow. Even though there was an issue, they charged same amount.
Second day -
Cleaning was not done, breakfast was no ready. No water bottles. No bedsheet change. None of the service was provided.
Third day -
While leaving the hotel, we informed for cleaning and bedsheet change and water bottles.
when we returned hotel late night, nothing was done. We had to follow with reception again and again for all the services which was really hassle and time taken.
Fourth day - while checking out from the hotel -
We were not ready to pay full amount, as none of the service was done, Receptionist argued with us for almost 45 min causing delay for us.
He behaved arrogantly demanding us to pay the full amount, and he has taken my debit card denying it to return back. We payed half amount in cash and I was bounded to block my debit card
I would have lodged the complaint against this behavior, but I was hurry in leaving the city and planned to travel all the day. Hence I had no time left for addressing this.
PLEASE RE-CONSIDER YOUR DECISION, IF YOU WANNA STAY HERE. IT IS REALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE HAVING SUCH A HIGH FARE WITH ZERO...
