COZY STAY INSPIRE PG (MEN) — Hotel in Bengaluru

Such pathetic people run this place. All they look for us how to cheat and take your money. They collect Rs. 10000/- as Deposit and when time comes to refund, they come up with things you wouldn't even know. We paid 16,000/- for single room for three months. Everything in the washroom was leaking and they never bothered to fix them for two months and finally when we decided to vacate they come up and say that you have contract for certain period and also utter a lot of other nonsense !!! At any facility, it is theowner who provides the maintenance as they collect rent on monthly basis. These frauds ask for money for basic needs that a P.G accomodation should provide the inmates with. I would advice everyone to never choose this place even if for a single day. I would have preferred a negative instead of single star for this...

Stay was nice. It was peaceful and environment was good for study and work purpose. Internet speed was 4-5 mbps range with some fluctuations. Attached washroom and well maintained. Washing machine was semi automatic, so it took around 1 hour to wash clothes and you have to operate it Manually. Power backup was only at night time. There was a guy named Salih(Manager), who keeps asking money from everyone and once you give he doesn't return. He keeps saying I will give next month and so. Even owners of pg won't help you. When I vacated the pg, they were not returning my security deposit and was giving excuses. Even they were not picking up the calls. I had to go there after 10 days to take my security deposits. Except security deposit experience and Salih, Pg is good. If you're having other option explore that too. Else...

Room size - Large- Good enough for two or three people Bathroom - Inside room, Fitted with shower Hot water - For some time during the day (possibly solar heater) Electricity - There are power cuts at times, but they're the usual Electricity Board cuts Bed - Mattress and Pillow provided, no sheets Room service - No intercom facility or anything of the sort; Cleaning of the toilet is performed once a week alongside sweeping the room Cost of living - Very high Deposit amount - Very high, non-negotiable, will be returned only after vacating unless you go after them everytime you see them

In short, facilities are okay but service...
