Elys'ees Serviced Suites — Hotel in Bengaluru

Big , clean rooms . A few small roaches here and there (expected). WiFi was choppy but the staff will fix it for you . We stayed for about 9 days. There’s a vegetarian hotel beside the service apartment for a quick coffee fix.

We had an average experience at this serviced suites due to the following factors 1). They charged us 1000+ Rs for arriving late in the night (as our flight landed only at 1 am) . During checkout - they quoted this check in time 4AM and asked us to leave before 8AM despite having a later checkout time. Completely baseless argument as their system had recorded an 830 AM check in time (which was incorrect too) . They threatened to charge an additional day if we didn’t checkout by 8AM 2.) They don’t replenish towels once in two days. We had to ask every single time 3.) We booked using Booking.com. The website didn’t charge us and we had to pay directly at the reception. The staff did not ask us about payment during the checkin process and we assumed booking.com must have had deducted an advance from our credit card. We took some rest and headed out. The staff stopped us abruptly and asked us to pay up first. We wanted to double check if booking.com had deducted any advance amount before we made the payment . So we requested for additional time. Clean and spacious (1 room + hall) rooms. Many restaurants nearby. Parking is cramped. But, can be adjustable. Very close to Nice toll plaza, Hosakerehalli. 2 TVs are there in 2 rooms. AC takes long time to settle. Toilet is clean and tidy ..

During 2nd stay here (16th March’24), we got Room No. 1004 on the 2nd floor. This room is road side and bit noisy throughout the night. Also, AC is not working properly and AC remote is not working even after they replaced the battery. We’re feeling very hot even if AC was set 18degC and fan was running at full speed. Excellent and helpful staff were Mallikarjun and Nagesh. The owner/ manager Naresh is unreliable and untrustworthy. He will agree to something on text and will create a ruckus as you are trying to check out. Yelled at me on the phone while i was trying to point out that he had agreed to a specific amount of payment. It is possible that he will send you unsolicited good morning and good evening messages.
