Parimala Sweets — Local services in Bengaluru

A few months ago on the occasion of my dad's birthday one of our family friend got sweets from here and we really loved them. Last week, our family was blessed with a new member so went on the bike all the way to Gandhi Bazaar, found out its permanently shut. Anyway, since I had come so far used Google maps and reached the nearest Banshankari branch. The staff attitude was good and welcoming. I bought 4 pcs of each of the sweets that I shortlisted. I asked for the manager/proprietor. Spoke to him and asked him the size of the box which can accommodate 6pcs because I wanted to print a sticker on top. He said he can't give an empty box. I said, I don't mind buying 6 more pcs of the shortlisted sweet. But box is necessary, after this I asked him for his number to place and order, because I wouldn't be able to come all the way again to place the order, he was reluctant to share any number and snubbed saying "we don't accept orders on phone" I was ready to pay the amount online but he was just too arrogant to understand. Kindness goes a long way. His father, grandfather must have built this name with a lot of kindness and understanding customer requirements, I'm into business too and often don't entertain unreasonable requests. Hope the legacy of this famous sweet...

Till today (4 Aug'2017) it was a good sweet Shop to me. But today I got a really long hair inside a Laddu, which I just bought from them 3days back. Thank God I saw it while feeding my little daughter. I will never Buy from them ever. Even more SAD thing is, when I visited the store, the lady in the cash counter, only except saying a "Sorry" She didn't bother to show any effort or interest to resolve the matter. I really don't understand how can they behave so irresponsible with their customers, when the customer is approaching with a problem. I returned the product, with the bill, She didn't even bother to return the money...

Good place to buy sweets. Mostly the eatables are fresh, unless it is our tough luck. The coconut holige is of much demand, haven't had a chance to eat it yet. They accept cards. Easily visible and accessible. Parking may be a problem in peak hours as there is no separate parking space. We need to park in the road...
