Ginger Bangalore IRR — Hotel in Bengaluru

I stayed here with my family in a superior room for 7 days, initially booked it for 2 days then extended our stay in the same hotel.

The food esp. the thali they offer for lunch and dinner has authentic north indian taste, very generous portion size and minimal use of oil and spices. We tried the other items also from their menu and every item tasted well. Kids loved the Pasta and the French Fries had the perfect crispiness.The restaurant team was also very attentive to our needs and never lost patience with the mess our kids were creating all the time.

The Front desk team is very welcoming and respond promptly to the guest requests. I would like to especially thank Miss Divya who made our entire stay right from checkin to checkout very delightful. My Kids miss their ever smiling didi already. She was very prompt with her work. I emailed the front desk some documents for print out and when I reached the reception after a few minutes, she handed me the documents before I even spoke a word. I have not seen this level of dedication towards work even in 5* luxury hotels. She is a real gem in the team and I can see her going places very soon and wish her all the luck.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire Hotel Team with folded hands for the way they helped us when my 6 yrs old daughter spilled hot milk on herself while having breakfast. The entire team gathered with water, ice, medicines, towels immediately and the Manager drove us to the nearest hospital in his personal vehicle, infact they were ready with the vehicle waiting for us. Everyone in the hotel team, security, restaurant, frontdesk, housekeeping were standing there, doing anything they could do to help us out. I donot have words to thank them for the timely first aid and the following medical attention my daughter got. People like them keep our faith in humanity alive.

This area radiates a unique blend of elegance and modernity, with an interior sparkling in sophisticated design. Adding to the luxury, the suite is equipped with high-end bathware, ensuring a lavish experience for guests.

For accommodation options, the hotel offers both standard queen and twin rooms. These rooms are notably spacious, making them ideal for business travelers or families. Each room is well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. A highlight for corporate guests is the ergonomic chair and desk in each room, complemented by complimentary Wi-Fi, allowing for a seamless work-from-hotel experience.

My personal experience in the standard queen room included a delightful breakfast, which was part of the package. The hotel also boasts a separate restaurant on the ground floor, renowned for its exceptional cuisine. They offer an impressive variety of breakfast options, and the ability to order dishes like dosa, uthappam, and omelette on demand is a gastronomic delight.

Located just a short walk from the Golf Embassy Tech Park, the hotel's location is highly convenient for business travelers. The staff's dedication to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay is commendable. To be honest, I was very skeptical after reading the reviews and ratings of the Ginger IRR. I didn't have any high hopes and not much of a choice since my company booked the hotel for me. So, there I was dreading every second while walking towards the Ginger hotel. To my very pleasant surprise, right from the staff at the reception, to the room service people, the chef who made Chicken fried rice and crispy chicken, which by the way, was quite exquisite, the entire experience of my 2 days stay at Ginger hotel was fabulous. Certain things, of course, could have been better, case in point, the morning buffet spread. It was absolutely not upto the mark but I ordered cheese omelette and a butter masala dosa which more than made up for the lack of choices. What also helped was the fact that since it's located in Domlur, every good place was quite accessible and within the range of 20 odd minutes.. For instance, Indra Nagar, MG Road, Koramangala etc.. are all quite near. Since, it's bang opposite to Golf link embassy park, it is quite easy to meet clients without the hassle of traveling and getting stuck in traffic! All in all, a very pleasant experience and a great staff more than made my stay quite pleasant and comfortable. Thank you!
