GRAND SEASONS – THE BUSINESS HOTEL — Hotel in Bengaluru

we went to this hotel for my daughter's birthday bash. Ambience, cleanliness, fragnance in the hotel and quality of service is SPOT ON ...

We have opted for both VEG and NON-VEG for the party. Quality and taste of the food was awesome and there were no complaints over the food from any of the guests... Being a foodie, even I didn't find any complaints on quality of the food, they have served.

I felt the best thing, which stands this hotel apart from other hotel would be the staff, organizers and the services.

Most of the hotel's restrict the services till they serve the food. Here it is completely different.. Event organizer (Specially Jyothika) was with us, right from the time we entered the hotel and she was just 10 steps away from you through out the party. she was the last one to step from the party hall.. 100% availability through out the event.. Stunningly shocked with the great services provided from the staff.

Hats off to the entire team and the support provided by them... For sure, this would be my recommendation in and around Kasturi Nagar from now on ... Any events from now on in my circle, I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation...

We had booked for party hall with Grand Seasons and we had worst ever experience. Comparatively they are too very expensive in market Worst, worst ever services. We are supposed to go with their decorators only, post booking we had issues with decorations and we wanted their managers to coordinate, but since day of booking there was no response from this person (manager: Jagatheesan) We had a big quarrel with the decoration guy (Prakash) since they completely flopped the plan that we had given and were not ready to make any changes. We dint get response from party hall manager as well even after calling them N-number of times. They had promised to provide us a room for changing, which we got after our party start time. Ladies were not able to change coz of this. We had kept our things in the room when the party started, without even an intimation they had given the room to some others, we had locked the room. I am not sure how could they do that. Food was very average and they will not discount if there are any unused plates.

Overall worst ever experience, they were not professional at all. You get better places with cheaper budget and nice services, so better try out some where else. Or u ll face the same...

I have booked a party hall here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. This hotel location is great. Overall experience was good but there are some pros and cons which you should definitely keep in mind before finalizing the deal.

Cons : To get the booking they agreed on the listed menu on negotiated price but two days before they removed one menu item saying, they can't give in this price. Very disappointing it was. And these words were of Mr Jagdeeshan himself the manager of the hotel.

I found they had no record of my booking. I have visited them a week before the event just to make sure of the booking arrangements, and they were clueless about my booking itself. Finally they agreed upon showing them the booking receipt.

So please keep cross checking. These are the only two things I found negative about having party here.
