Corner House - Kasturi Nagar — Restaurant in Bengaluru

This branch of corner house holds up all the pictures of evolution of Bangalore. They might work on the ambience as it looks just like a local place, but nothing like the fascination that the ice cream places normally offer with their decor. But they beat this with the quality of the ice creams that gives a run for money for the newbies in Bangalore.

We didn’t go for the traditional DBC as everyone mentioned and wanted to try some new flavours. My friend was absolutely excited by the names on the board and had very hard time choosing which one to eat and at last landed on Dew Drop Sundae which is fig and honey ice cream with honey and lots and lots of cashew nuts. If these cashew nuts were a bit roasted that would a taste to long for.

Another flavour to die for the Apricot ice cream which had fresh fruits dipped in the cream and it was delicious in every way. Lastly Banana Split is a mixture of three different ice creams on a split banana and also with peanuts.

had high hopes for Corner House in Kasturi Nagar, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The ice creams were decent, but there was an issue with my order – the cherries that were supposed to come with the sundae were always missing! I mentioned it a couple of times, but it never got resolved, which was frustrating.

To make matters worse, the biller was extremely rude. When I asked about the missing cherries, I was met with an indifferent attitude and no effort to address the issue. Customer service is such an important part of the experience, and this left a bad taste despite the otherwise decent food.

The location itself is good, and the ice cream flavors are alright, but the combination of poor service and missing toppings really impacted my overall experience. I hope they work on improving their customer service and attention to detail in the future.

Service is very bad yesterday 2nd Feb 2025 went to buy DBC everytime before they serve they ask if you want peanut 🥜 or cheery i am alergic to peanut this time the person did not ask me for the requirement he is just adding what ever he wants and served I told him I don't want peanut the cashier came urging stating that is what we give take it ,,I'm paying and I want as I am required to eat it's not the cashier wish .

My husband went and asked for a refund or an alternate DBC the cashier was rude and did not give me either

As I had put a review he is telling me to go as per the management decision

Can I know the decision from the management ????? ASAP

Am I paying for charity for DBC and the manager did not reply and there is no response from the management also worst
