Read moreWorst stay I’ve ever seen. After paying the full amount for 2 ac rooms, the hotel management gave me non ac rooms and when I asked for ac room. One guy asked me to pay separately 1.5k for each ac room. Another guy told me that they don’t have ac rooms and the hotel Manager blamed on me for not asking about the working condition of the ac. Totally this property is not safe for ladies. I went with my family , we were 5 ladies. That’s the reason they had treated us like this. Somehow I got the full refund . I’ll give 0 star to this hotel. I recommend not to book...
Read moreto begin , the receptionist demanded more money than what was confirmed in the OYO booking. Despite showing the booking details, he insisted on extra charges and refused to let us check in unless we paid more. It felt like we were being scammed.
This experience was a complete nightmare and ruined our trip. I trusted OYO to provide a standard level of service, but this was unacceptable. I hope OYO looks into such properties and takes strict action. I would never recommend this...
