We booked this hotel for 4 girls through Agoda website. First , we were looking for an hotel in indiranagar where we found this hotel "ICON Select by Bhagini" in their website.Looking at good ratings and affordable price we decided to go with this. We booked 2 rooms for 4 girls which costed us around INR 6313 for one day. Next day - we realised that there was an issue in the AGODA website due to which the location was mistakenly displayed as indiranagar while the original location is Mahadevpura.No worries!!Fault from website. As soon as we reached , we are being informed that the booking wa done only for 2 people for one room each.we were shocked. We explained them zillion of times that there was an issue with the site and the customer care also agreed but the hotel receptionist was adamant that we will have to pay extra for having the other two guest.Note that the booking for two rooms was done and in one room there can be maximum of 2 persons .The room tariff was still the same , but the receptionist was not at all helping and asked us to pay 2600extra for two additional people. There words were "SORRY MADAM,We cannot help you with this and you need to pay in order to stay".When asked for the manager her reply was "The MANAGER is on leave madam.Cannot disturb him and you need to PAY EXTRA." This definitely shows that the job these people were doing was pathetic where they cannot handle this situation in a well mature way.I have been to plenty of hotels and never have i faced such an issue.The alertness and the presence of mind in such a situation was missing. On top of that when asked what is her job apart from saying i cannot do anything, her reply was "I Helped you with connecting you to AGODA Customer care."I mean really!
We did have to pay extra because the amount was partially refundable if we cancel this and we really didnt want to ruin our trip but this was hell of an experience.On top of that, the luggage had to be carried by us and no person was there to help us with our luggage to our respective rooms.
ALSO, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR ASKING COMB,SHAVING KIT(if required) etc.
While checking out , we got the calls from the receptionist for almost 3 times from 11.30 that room is booked only till 12 noon so check out. I MEAN Really! we checked out at 12.30 and the bill was not even ready!
I sincerely ask you people not to book anytime with this hotel.The receptionist here is worst and please donot expect a sense from them apart from just asking for money.

We were looking around Kaggadadapura/Mahadevapura for some decent halls/restaurants with buffet options for arranging birthday party of our kid. We planned for a party of 50 members and received suggestions about Icon by Bhagini from a Facebook Group. I called up the number available on the website and was transferred to Thanthri the restaurant manager/in charge and he asked me to pay a visit and followed up with me next day for my visit.
We decided to give a visit and the buffet option presented was pretty nice and had a selection choice from a list that we were able to make according to our choice.
First we were given the restaurant area for birthday celebration which had a small area for cake cutting and a meeting room + restaurant seats for seating for the buffet.
Later on Thanthri confirmed the Banquet Hall was available and we moved our party there. The hall is quite lit up, spacious and easily accessible from the ground floor. The hall can easily accommodate buffet party for 100 people.
They shared the number for an internal decoration team(Khushi decorators) who had options varying from 1500 to 35000. We selected a balloon theme and it was set up by Khushi decorators well before the party.
Everything was arranged on the day of the party and I have to say the Buffet was really good with the options we chose. Everything was tasty and there was event a single item that was not tasty. Having a buffet of such in a reasonable price was over and above my expectations. We heard only good reviews about the food from our guests.
The manager in charge, the serving staff, everyone was very nice, well behaved and courteous. They helped us arrange, cut and serve the cake and even packed the left over cake in a box.
Kudos to Thanthri and all the staff who helped us make the celebration a wonderful one.

Read moreI have stayed in this hotel for 10 days (company accommodation). One of the worst experience due to the below reasons: They somehow missed the booking request (I had a booking confirmation from them). When I reached hotel at 12.00 AM in morning, they were surprised and claimed they have no advance booking in my name and there is no room available. I was taken by shock, but then I showed them booking confirmation. They searched their mail box and said they somehow missed it. So, they said they have full booking in the hotel and only one room is available where AC is not working. Since I had to spend the night, I agreed and they said they will get the AC repaired or change my room when available. I had requested them almost everyday either to get AC repaired or change my room. No action was taken. It was so irritating At the time of checkout, they raised the food bill and I paid it. 20 days later they called me, saying I have not paid the hotel stay bill. I said I presumed it is company paid and you guys also didn't ask us to pay, also your receptionist allowed us to check out. He said the person made a mistake (AGAIN!) and now I have to pay. These people called me 5 times a day for payment. I had to pay as adviced by my company that pay it now and take reimbursement. I paid to them and they sent me the scanned copy of invoice. Now my company is asking for hard copy, when I am calling this hotel, now nobody is responding. I just requested to send me a hard copy of invoice so that i can claim reimbursement. Now they are unresponsive. Worst customer experience. Yet to receive the invoice and now my amount is stuck.
Worst experience. Should be 1 star hotel, not a 3 star!!!
