The primary reason I am here today is due to the abundance of positive comments about Priyanka that I see here. It was my first time visiting this spa. This spa is easily accessible from Outer Ring Road due to its proximity to it. The entrance door of the spa resembles the golden-colored door of a Chinese temple. They have a printed catalogue that describes the various types of massages available and their prices.

Room:

The room is clean, well-maintained, and provides a calming atmosphere for us to unwind after mind-blowing massages.. There is also an attached shower room with hot water facility.

Service:

I chose a one-hour Swedish massage (Dry). The massage was priced at Rs 2000. I believe that this is the minimum price for a massage here, and that the minimum duration is one hour. The prices for other types of massages are higher. I chose Priyanka because, according to numerous reviews, she is the most in-demand masseuse here, and I was eager to receive a massage from her. I must say that my anticipation paid off today. She is a therapist from Maharashtra who speaks English, Marathi, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil fluently. She maintained conversation throughout the session and administered a complete relaxation massage. After many days, I was delighted to receive a massage from this establishment. My visit to this place was worthwhile. In addition, they have provided a miniature Bisleri bottle as a complimentary item. I would recommend Priyanka from North if you are seeking a massage for relaxation. I eagerly anticipate my future...

I visited this spa few days back and it doesn't even deserve a single star.

First of all, the therapist assigned to me (Anjali) doesn't know anything about massage. She just puts a fake personality and tries to impress you with her words.

And the receptionist kept interrupting the session by knocking on the door 2 times in between the therapy session and again towards the end of the session as well.

Everytime he knocked at the door, ther therapist (Anjali) went out and came back after 5 minutes. Towards the end, she also asked about if i wanted something 'extra'. And after that she didn't show interest in the massage.

The therapist takes money for granted and doesn't realise that she's wasting people's hard earned money. One day, i hope she also gets into financially difficult situations and she will then realise.

The receptionist told that the massage would be for one hour. But the therapist (Anjali) stopped after around 45 minutes and said that the remaining time is for taking a bath etc.

It looks like the receptionist and the therapist together are running a scam under the disguise of a spa. Completely unprofessional and focused on looting money...

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to your spa. I felt compelled to bring an unfortunate incident to your attention.

Today, I visited your spa to enquire the price 1st and lady staff was attended to check our queries in between she wants then one Male staff came with the intention of inquiring about the price. Then I try to take a snap of the price suddenly he pulled the price card and He shows a attitude, It was very unprofessional behavior and rudeness because we don't know about the internal policy instead pulling the card he can tell that photo is not allowed. Pls assign some good staff in front desk that will help you to improve the local businesses .I kindly request that you address this matter internally and ensure that your staff members are trained to provide respectful and attentive service to all customers. It is essential to foster an environment where customers feel valued and appreciated.
