Worst decision to pick this place for Team Lunch.. Absolute nightmare of a dining experience!

• Food served was cold • Served nonveg dishes to vegetarian people • Only 2 members to serve to 40+ people • Food is not arranged on time • Chutney/sauce not served with starters even after asking multiple times • Took more than 30 mins to bring 2 glass of fresh mine soda. • One of the starter served very lately • Ice cream is of very sub standard quality • Gulab jamun was average • Pasta in salad was almost raw (not properly boiled) • There was no fish in fish tikka masala (people had to ask for refilling gravy) • They are not at all prepared to handle crowd more than 10-15 • AC hardly works and it was felt humid • Team members had to split due to space crunch in the alloted section

Save yourself the agony and steer clear unless you enjoy wasting time, money, and patience in equal measure. A colossal failure...

Just amazing. This place is a hidden gem. The food is very tasty and the best part was that nothing was too oily or too rich. The staff is very courteous and made sure that we had everything the way we wanted. The ambience is very soothing and on top of all this the food is very reasonably priced. My father is allergic to garlic and we are generally not able to find good restaurants where he can eat. Here the waiters and the chef prepared everything that we wanted without Garlic. A big thanks to them. Everything we ordered was very tasty, specially the mutton pepper and manchow soup. They were outstanding. Update: have been going to this place regularly for over an year now. My worst experience among the restaurants of Bangalore.. staff does not have a sense of time. I am writing this review sitting inside the hotel..I ordered lime soda.. they forgot about it and when I followed then they got it after 20 mins.. we requested for boiled egg as kids wanted to have.. they said it's not in our of menu cannot be served.. ok accepted .. but later on we ordered egg Masala and they said it will take 10 mins..and after following up post 30 mins they say that eggs are boiling so it will take time... How can the staff be so careless.. I am fine with the taste of food it's good ..but we don't come to such a restaurant just for good taste.. service, timing should also be given...
