I stayed here for 2 nights while on business travel.

Comfort rooms are not at all comfortable. It's a small 30 to 40 sq ft usage space room. Extremely cramped for any space. Best is to avoid booking Comfort category room. Front desk staff, Mr. Darshan, was very courteous to make me shift to another room.

Location is bang in the middle of crowded area. My room almost had its wall touching the next building which was boys PG. So till midnight i was hearing their music and noise of their talks.

Rooms need a major uplift. Simple things have gone wrong. E.g. no curtain between shower and commode.

There is no restaurant for dinner. Only room service.

Breakfast is standard spread of south indian with bread and cornflakes. While I was the first to have it in the morning it was cold!

Staff is young people, mostly non South Indian. They probably are very new.

If one is on business travel please note that there is no desk or table-chair in the room for one to work...

AVOID THIS HOTEL (In BOLD): We stayed for 2 days here, we booked the room in Agoda and we paid the money earlier so we don't have any choice to check out the room or get the money back so we need to stay. Worst place I have ever stayed giving a lot of money. Photos displayed on the website are clean and fresh but in actuality, it has many negatives. Lot of dust - Get a health issue guaranty. Cockroach - Rooms are full of cockroaches. Lack of hygiene

The only good thing is the staff and cleaners, we faced all the above issues so we informed them for a change of room they have shifted us to a different room but that room was also in the same condition. The next day we visited other rooms in the lodge but all are the same.

So finally the conclusion is this hotel is not good at all. We faced dust allergy because of the stay here. Next it is...

I stayed here for three nights recently with a few colleagues of mine during a business trip to attend the IMTEX 2023 show. The property is centrally located and hence easily accessible. The staff is overall helpful and professional but the service is a bit slow at times. The rooms are spacious but could be maintained better. The bathroom looks like a bathroom from a very low budget hotel. And it is at a height of more than almost one foot higher than the rest of the room! This is not inconvenient but also risky particularly if you have kids and senior citizens with you. The breakfast costs Rs. 150/- per head. They can charge a bit more if required but they need to improve the food quality...
