Mathrushree Residency — Hotel in Bengaluru

Worst behaviour of the staff...tried to man handle for asking the room change..the rooms were with pungent smell. Very rude behaviour..I was fed up there behaviour and even logged a complaint against them. They blocked my belongings for cancelling the room booking. The booking was cancelled because of there behaviour and the room atmosphere. They asked me to pay the complete amount even if I am not staying over there. They started abusing and called out the other staff to get into a fight. I immediately approached the cops for help as the station is very near to that hotel. Cops warned them and helped me to get my belongings back if Anyone are going for a holiday or on a work to banglore I suggest couples and women to think twice before booking in this hotel. It's not even worth for a single star. If you are facing problem with the staff I suggest you to reach out to the police station which is very near. "" SINGLE WOMEN,. It was pathetic overall. I won't make my mistake of staying here again, as had to listen and suffer a lot

First of all the hotel manager was reluctant to give me a room saying that since I have rated my previous oyo booking as poor, he won't be taking a risk to allot me the room. I was wondering how is he able to see which property did I check in before (through oyo) and how much did I rate...

The hotel manager bluntly denied an early check-in at 11 am ( though it was complimentary)

While checking out Mr Ravi was very rude when I checked out just 40 mins ahead of the checkout time. He called me atleast thrice saying that my time is over and I need to check out....let me remind you, it wasn't hours post my due time, it was just 40 mins. When asked at the desk, why was he calling me so many times, he rudely said that it's my property and you don't stay here in future!!

It was pathetic in a nutshell. These guys need a lot to do on customer...

I stayed with my family in this Oyo Rooms- Matrusree Residency- Rajaji nagar Bangalore. I have to give minus rating , but that is not available here. One of the worst service I had experienced in my life here. Initially they gave me one room, for which Door is very bad. we can not close /open the door itself. I am wondering how can they have such a basic problem existing itself? The room boy came and checked the door, he closed the door and was not able to open! They gave me another room, where it was not at all properly cleaned. Bed sheets were not cleaned. Room was stinking very very badly with Cigarette smell. Staff is very very rude and they are arrogant. No hot water, its just warm water. That too only in the morning How can Oyo tie up with this kind of Lodge? They are arrogant in such way that anyways "they will they will get their customer, irrespective of their bad behavior and attitude and worst...
