Prince Inn Hotel — Hotel in Bengaluru

Worst hotel ever. The good reviews are written by their own people. Rude and pathetic manager ever who has no sense of manners at all. A normal waiter would have more decency than him. I had booked the hotel as it was my wedding in country club resort since the hotel is near by we made our guest stay there. Bit instead of making the guests happy they make them suffer. God knows who appointed this stupid manager. The owner really doesn't want anything to do with the hotel. That's y he has left tgem in such poor hands. Uneducated manager, pathetic language and rude. We family of 9 booked through BMC Holidays for 3 rooms just for 1 night. (06/07/19). Non Working TV, No hot water in the bathroom, Not provided Bath Towels. The bed sheets not changed (wet marks in sheets) and bad smell in the rooms. We waited until 10.30pm to change the bedsheets. Each time when we call they said "wait few min, sending someone now", but no one turn up. All the rooms we noticed 1 ceiling tile removed for some reason. So we worried about our privacy. Horrible and unforgettable experience in the last day of our holidays. Can't Give any Stars...
