Sri Balaji Guest House Hotel Bangalore — Hotel in Bengaluru

I checked-in and out this room last day (03/10/2021-04/10/2021) via OYO app. My experience was too bad. I got water leaking room. The leaking was directly over my head while sleeping I got disturbed after several hours of waiting and my shouting they agreed to change my room. The room was very unhygienic, nasty and very small. The cupboard size and room size was too small. I think the room is only 60sqft or lesser than that. Bathroom also too conjusted there isn't any normal water only hot water was available. While vacating at the morning 8 am the manager was absent for nearly half an hour and my interview was delayed due to his irresponsibility. The manager was impolite and arrogant. I have searched in OYO for parking facility premium room. And I paid a very high price also by GPAY. But the actual price written on the residency was 999 per room. But the bloody OYO asked me to pay large sum of money compared to this above mentioned price. OYO cheated us. I tried a several time to contact the customer care service of OYO but none of the executives answered my call. I searched lot of options for rating and review in OYO but I haven't found anything. The parking was too far from the room and it was just an open ground with lack of security , because of the heavy rain the parking was too difficult. After parking I came back the room in heavy rain my wallet and dress got fully wet. I came to bangalore for my brother's UK visa interview purpose. It was delayed due to the above mentioned manager's act. He was too rude he left the lobby purposefully. Sri Balaji hotel staff is not cooperative. When you order for Food from nearby hotel room boy will act like he don’t know the location. I stay around 3 Days so far no room / bathroom cleaning done not even in three days no room boy visit to collect trash it was so disappointing I have to handover trash to room boy to collect. ||||Once I entered room Water drinking glass was not cleaned there were lipstick mark on it & nearby wall was with black mold dirt.||||Before one hour of check out I visited reciption and paid all dues informed receptionist after one hour I will checkout room he said ok you can . I booked OLA cab once Cab arrived I was leaving hotel. All of sudden janitor arrived and said stay here for 10 minutes then you may leave I said I cleared all dues driver is waiting for me then rudely he said stay here you can’t leave hotel like this . This kind of behavior I have never experienced. I will make sure I will report all my experience on trip advisor , Makemytrip, OYO service and above this I will not recommend any family or friends. I was here for almost a month and talking to them for a long term concession was so easy and they also agreed with whatever the lowest and the acceptable price was for them. The rooms were amazing for the price and was always clean and they would even clean them again if you asked. But of all the things it's the owner of the hotel who is worth praising he always had a smile when you would see him and would understand whatever your concerns might be , and would help you with whatever you asked for. The person on the front desk is one of the most hardworking and a humble person I have seen. I would definitely come back here if I ever needed a place to stay in the town. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wanted an affordable and a comfortable stay. The rooms are relatively smaller but very comfortable and it's understandable because it's at the prime location. The sheets are clean and the bathroom is spacious.
