Stop Misleading Customers with False Labels
Once again, I had to parcel Al Fham Kuzhi Mandi from your place, and I’m compelled to repeat my feedback: your so-called “Thalassery Dum Biryani” and “Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani” are nothing but generic rice dishes drowned in salt, Donne Biryani masala, and Ambur Dum Biryani masala. Let’s be honest-this is not authentic, and it’s definitely not what you advertise.
It’s clear the chef has no connection to the regions these dishes are supposed to represent-probably not even from Kerala, let alone Kannur.
Serving Mandi with mint and coriander leaves? That’s a first for me, and not in a good way.
To the management: If you want to know what real Kuzhi Mandi tastes like, I’m willing to sponsor a full one from Naadhi Mandi for you. Maybe then you’ll understand the difference.

Read moreI have been a regular customer and have always supported your restaurant. However, I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered biryani, but what I received was just white rice with two small chicken pieces and no proper gravy. To make it worse, the gravy provided was Ambur Kushka gravy, which is not suitable or expected with biryani.
This kind of forgery and compromise on quality is not acceptable, especially for loyal customers like me. We choose your restaurant expecting consistency and honesty in food quality. This experience makes me lose trust.

It has some parking area on the street most probably for bikes we have , not recommended for cars. We had ordered hyderabad biryani, Rumaali Roti , Paneer Gravy and Chicken Tandoori.
