Treebo Three Street Inn — Hotel in Bengaluru

I recently contacted this hotel to confirm my booking and was shocked to learn there would be extra charges to keep our cycles inside the room. These are expensive, lightweight racing cycles that cannot be left unattended in the parking area. Moreover, we need them to be race-ready for the next day.

We frequently travel to different cities and stay at various hotels with our bikes for races, and this is the only hotel that has imposed such a charge. Are cycles not part of the luggage we carry? This policy is ridiculous and extremely inconvenient.

Additionally, when I called the number provided by the hotel, the representative insisted I call his mobile number instead, which was quite unprofessional.

Due to these unreasonable charges and the poor handling of my inquiry, I am canceling my reservation and sharing this experience to inform others. Very disappointed!

As the review says, he is indeed arrogant, absolutely no sense of a good customer service and then the owner who responds to reviews with similar kinda feedback promising to fix it does not seem to be...

Not pleased about the fact that this guy refused the online rates and overcharged me by 300 bucks asking for cash, despite my booking paid in full including breakfast when the nearest alternate Trebo Trend Global Stay 400 meters away offers much bigger and better rooms with breakfast and experience at a price lesser by 300 bucks, unfortunately Google showed me this as the first option and I made an mistake as I didn't cross check other options, expensive place compared to nearby Global Stays hotel, paid 1.8k when Global stays is at 1.5k, looks like the owner wanted to pocket a bigger personal share. Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and help. i got good attention by staff members. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...
